Not a great experience. I ordered some felt wall panels in the same size and colour as I’d ordered last year, and did a bigger order this time. Opened them and realised the shade of green was completely different, and there is no difference on the listing, it still has the old colour represented there. I’ve tried to contact them and other than what I believe to be an initial AI generated response I’ve heard nothing back at all from my multiple emails. Wouldn’t recommend this company, although my order last year went well, I can say that if something does go wrong, you won’t ever hear from them again as others have said, or it’ll just be an AI bot. Shame as the products are great quality.

Great looking product. Friendly service.

The product I received was good, however this was an awful shopping experience.
It was not made clear when I purchased that it would take 3 weeks to ship it, and that it would ship from Poland and not the UK.
They used Fedex and they failed to deliver to their own collection point for 8 consecutive days. I was 8 times of the Fedex chat to no avail. When I reached out to Decormania (who are the ones who had entered a contract with Fedex and should have intervened), they did not reply to multiple messages. When chased over the phone they repeatedly told me I had to persevere and did nothing. Then Decormania told me it was delivered days before at the collection point and I had to collect asap before it was sent back. Went to the collection point (2 km away), and nothing was there. At no point the said "sorry", until their very last email to me when I pointed out they did not even apologise up to then. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. They do not know how to run a business and do not even understand what customer service is - never mind providing any.

Great service from Marco. Helped guide me through adhesives and quantities and went out of his to check with technical how the glue sets, hard or soft.
Prices were really competative.
Well reccommended for good prices on coving and service.

Product is good, but delivery estimates were misleading. Worst case delivery date given was the 31st July, eventually arrived on the 4th August.

Great service and products. I ordered my samples for a project I am working on and I hope to order soon.

To be honest I was not entirely sure about buying skirting boards made out of plastics but will admit it looks great when it’s fitted especially with the LED light strip that I added to it. Will load photos shortly 👍

Coving arrived all scratched up. Fixing adhesive was useless and created a mess which made my day twice as long. Tried asking for help but company being very unhelpful

DecorMania sent us out a range of panels for our living room and we have been really happy with the product.

When one panel was damaged by us they very kindly sent us a replacement free of charge.

Great product and customer service

Good price, reasonably quick delivery.
Kept updated on delivery status.
There was a slight issue with damaged parts that was rectified after I chased it up.
Note to future buyers check your delivery before the courier leaves your property otherwise you might have a problem if there are damages.

Easy to order and was kept informed via the tracking number and delivered exactly when it was due
Product is first class no issues.

Dont use this company. After missing 2 delivery dates the delivery arrived without notice and was accepted by my wife who didnt know what it was. The delivery was one panel short but they refuse to do anything about it. I had to order the missing panel again at my cost and they even refused to deliver it for free so tgat cost me an extra £60. Im £199 out of pocket. There is nothing wrong with the product although the quality isnt top notch but if anything goes wrong with your order dont expect them to help or take any responsibility.

I placed an order with a scheduled delivery slot of 3-4 days, on day 5 i still had not received the order. Ipon chasing up, i was informed that there was a mix up with the courier and i would be kept informed. It is now day 7 and still awaitng confirmation on a delivery date, all whilst trying to keep the builders happy.
