No no no. Don't use this company. False promises and no customer service.

I am mad because this company is very unprofessional on transactions handled days before a holiday.

They claim money exchanges and transfers normally happen within 24 hours, however they have many ways to void this guarantee by including closing times and any upcoming holidays. In my example money was submitted days before a holiday, however they claimed days before a holiday also counts as being a holiday and people need to wait until after the holiday (7 to 9 days later) before they can actually process and transfer any funds to that location.

They did not communicate to the sender about any
future delay or upcoming holiday and did not offer
to cancel the transfer since money rates and go up and down, including the fact that the receiving party may have needed the money within a certain time period (not 9 days later)... so I have little respect for firms that do not care about the customer.

All that I know is that the bank is about the same rate (a little bit higher) and it would have been sent within a few hours, not over a week later and they provide far better customer service that do not allow the customer to become angry regarding no actions taken.

Lastly, I will say that exchanging any Vietnamese Dong (VND) or British Pound Sterling (GBP) Currency with this company will give you the worse THB conversion rate in Asia, based on my calculations.
