Highly professional and empathetic customer service

Many thanks to Imran and Deko as a company. They resolved my issue, which I was quite stressed about in a very professional and empathetic manner. They communicated with a third party on my behalf and managed to sort my problem within less than 2 hours. I was phoned back as soon as my issue was resolved. This is the happiest and most reassured I have ever felt after a customer service interaction and I felt like Imran genuinely cared about my problem. I also received immediate email confirmation of our conversation. Overall this service was incredible and I would recommend it to anyone!

Not the first time...

I have used these before for my purchase of a DJI Mavic 3 and used again today to purchase 2 x DJI Osmo Action 3 and the DJI MIC, problem free and super fast transaction, i would recommend them.

Taking out an Agreement Plan

Such an easy system to use. It provided email confirmations of all steps carried out and the online pages was very clearly laid out, making it very straight forward to complete.

Easy and simple application

Very easy to apply for interest free credit with a quick appplication form not too many questions very straight forward with an immmediate answer. I would definitely use again.

Very good service

Very good alternative payment schedules. Couldn't afford two years so three years term offered. Excellent for getting equipment I need to build adaptations for myself being physically disabled and hopefully others I might be able to help.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service, very helpful and efficient. I ordered online, had a call within minutes giving advice on changing my order as what wanted wasn't in stock. Just waiting on my order now.

Simple and easy to understand the financial information given. Once accepted which took around 10 minutes. All paper work was emailed promptly.
Overall, I'm very impressed with the service from Deco and will be recommending them too friends. Thanks.
