I’m honestly sad to have to leave a negative review, especially as my initial experience was very welcoming and the staff were friendly throughout the process.

In February this year, I had 24 crowns fitted. The initial treatment process went smoothly and I was initially happy with the shape and colour of the results. However, since having them fitted, I have returned three times for checks because they have never felt right.

I am now in constant pain and experience ongoing sensitivity. I struggle to eat properly, and it often feels like food or debris is getting trapped underneath. My gums are frequently inflamed and sore. Despite raising these concerns repeatedly, I feel like my symptoms are being dismissed or treated as if they are “in my head,” which has been very upsetting.

Although I have been back three times, I had to pay on each visit. Despite being told there was a warranty and that the crowns would be removed and redone as a redesign. Instead, only minor adjustments were made, which would temporarily improve things, but the pain always returned shortly after.

Communication has also been very poor. Despite multiple messages and complaints over the past three months, I have been largely ignored and am still struggling daily.

This is not my first experience having work done in Turkey, and unfortunately it is the first time I have had such ongoing issues. I know others may have had positive experiences with this clinic, but in my case I feel my concerns have not been properly listened to or addressed.

I specifically requested individual crowns, but was given full bridges without any clear clinical explanation that I understood. I am now looking at having everything replaced elsewhere.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the outcome and the lack of aftercare and communication.

I cannot recommend Dental Design Clinic in Izmir enough. I’m extremely happy with my 24 new crowns. They look and feel amazing. I’m so much more confident and happier in myself since I visited the clinic in April to have my teeth done. The dentists, dental nurses and staff were all amazing and looked after me very well. I would recommend booking with them to anyone that is thinking of having their teeth done in Turkey!! The hotel is above the clinic which makes the experience so much easier. Also the clinic is beautiful and extremely clean aswell as the hotel accommodation. Thank you so much you have changed my life for the better!! :)

I’m glad I picked the right place to get get my teeth done, the staff were amazing and Deniz was 10/10 for explaining the process and is stil replying to me today about how I’m doing, the only pain during this procedure was the injections, the shaving and new teeth were perfect with no pain👏
The hotel and the experience was amazing and to say I was scared at first, it was the best decision!

The whole experience from the 1st day right upto the last day was spot on from meeting you at the airport to the hotel accommodation to care and attention that you receive from the dental reception staff to the actual treatment from dental technicians the whole process on my 2 visits was painless & I had 8 titanium implants fitted & before I decided to have the treatment I contemplated for 2yrs whether or not whether it was safe to have the treatment but after having it done I wish I had done it sooner because for me it's the best thing I have had done for a very reasonable cost

Where to start with dental design from start to finish a top class experience.
The staff from the Minuite you contact them go out of there way to make sure you have the correct flight transfers and room for yourself or family. Then moving onto the clinic; clean, professional, enviting and friendly they couldn't do enough for me talking to me in a calm manner to take away any worries or anxiety that I had about my procedures to follow.

I would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of getting there teeth done

I was so unsure who to use for my new teeth in turkey as there is so many clinics I’m so glad I came across Gozde just returned and really happy with the results they looked after me 100% I booked back in November 2025 with Ece and she has kept in contact with me ever since with all information and support that I needed nothing is to much trouble what ever the time or day she reply’s via WhatsApp which for me was key I would deffo recommend

I found this clinic through social media. I had 4 implants and sinuslifts done in both sides. In June I’ll be back in order to finish my treatment with Zirconium crowns.
From day one I felt in very good hands. Tucge, my contact has been open and helpful all the way. The dentists and surgeons are very professional and know exactly what they are doing. I’ll recommend the whole team to all who wants to feel safe during treatment

I went over to get my teeth done, was so professional, the staff were realy nice and the hotel was lovely, all in all a very very high standard service and would highly recommended

I made an enquiry through a form on Facebook about having crowns with Gözde Dental.

From the first message with my coordinator Tugce, who is lovely and so helpful, I knew that this is where I would be having my treatment so I went ahead and booked for January of this year. Tugce was in constant contact and the package included flights and the hotel stay which she sorted for me and sent videos and photos of the clinic where I would be having my treatment.

The dental clinic itself is in the centre of Izmir, and is attached to the hotel so it was less than a 2 minute walk from the rooms to go for appointments and treatment. The hotel was also within walking distance of the shops, pharmacy, etc.

My treatment started the day after arrival where I had x-rays and was then talked through what the treatment would involve before the crowns could be fitted. I never once felt any pain during my treatment, I had 2 root canals as well as my teeth being shaved down to fit the crowns and had temporary teeth fitted as well straight away. My permanent teeth were fitted on the Thursday before I flew home on the Saturday. The whole of the dental team from start to finish were amazing and talked me through every procedure.

Having my teeth done is something I have wanted doing for such a long time as I was so unhappy with my natural teeth, I just wish I had done it sooner! I am over the moon with the results and can’t stop smiling and have had so many compliments about them too.

I would highly recommend Gözde, my coordinator Tugce and the team are amazing and 100% experts at what they do. Anyone who asks me I would say to get them done with these guys. Thanks so much!

I had an amazing experience getting my zirconium dental treatment — the results are incredible and I now have the perfect, natural-looking smile. Everything was handled so smoothly from start to finish, especially thanks to Tugce, who was super hands-on and took care of all my accommodation and flights, making the whole process completely stress-free. Cant recommend enough!

From the start, the service was amazing. I had a very helpful person named Tugce guiding me and giving me all the information I requested — polite and supportive throughout.

Then came the visit to the dentist, and again the service was 10 out of 10: helpful, kind, and polite. Most of all, the dentist was gentle and professional.

Every person you come across in the surgery is amazing. I was offered tea and had a conversation while I waited, which made me feel really comfortable.

I’m so happy with the end results.

All staff were delightful and very professional with Tugce explaining every step of my treatment and organising the flights and accommodation.
A weeks treatment would have taken over a couple of months back home and considerably a lot more money.

I’m really happy with my teeth,I get a lot of compliments on them I personally think ther worth every penny and tugce the lady who was helping me was so helpful and polite

The service was excellent, Tugce my personal medical consultant was on top of everything and very Dillinget making all the process ro work very smooth.
I will come back for a check up and to continue with some dental work, because when I visit the clinic I saw how professional and skilled they were.

First visit I had to have bit more work than I expected after X-rays revealed I had to large abscesses so had 4 teeth removed 2 bone grafts and 4 implants
there was no up selling it was so apparent when shown X-rays
And All done with just a little numbness afterwards
Also my coordinator has been great
Tugce always gets back to me even for the smallest things just remember there’s a few hours time difference
