I went to Dermamina for a non-surgical rhinoplasty and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team made me feel so welcome. They were genuinely warm and friendly, and even more supportive after my procedure, celebrating the results with me like old friends.

I'd never done anything like this before, so I didn't really know what to expect, but Mina is an absolute diamond. During the consultation, it was clear she’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also deeply passionate about her work. She gave me realistic expectations and the best advice: don’t fall in love with the day-one look ... the real magic shows after two weeks. She even offered a touch-up within six weeks if needed and told me I could reach out anytime. That kind of reassurance meant a lot.

The customer service was good at the time of treatment. However, the final result was not as I wished, when I queried this, no offer was made for another consultation or to fix the problem. They, then suggested they explained the limitations in the consultation, but they did not. Had they been clear I would have used a different clinic as I have achieved my desired results elsewhere.
