Delivery was fine but can’t use the iron as it doesn’t have a power cord that’s compatible with Australian standards..
Looks a nice product..

The company communications was extremely helpful, the product was delivered in a timely manner and was exactly as advertised.

Surprisingly pleasant. Russian Roulette when buying online these days but this was seamless, kept up to date on shipping and delivered long before anticipated.

Was hesitant that it would work like they showed on video . Well I was wrong so easy to use and what a difference it made . So easy to use and does not sure my German Shepherd .

I love the tool and the shipping and packaging and follow up was excellent. My only concern is that I didn't realize it was shipping from overseas and therefore slow to arrive.
That should have been noted on the order. I probably would have ordered it anyway.

I ordered the tool box magnetic labels as they appeared to be a metal alloy and they would depict Australian tool terms, however they are for the American market with names such as wrenches etc
And a stick on magnetic strip.
