Goods arrives without one part. Phone calls and emails not being answered. Do not order from this company!!!!!

Ordered an office chair , paid 170, its rubbish , the back will not stay up and has zero support, be ok for sunbathing . They do not reply to emails or answer phone / messages . Avoid do not buy from them . I will go to small claims court , dreadful service .

Do not order from this company. Absolute scam artists. Ordered on 10th Jan. No sign of items. One response from this guy called Paul and no response to 4 emails since. Starting small claims court process now. So stressful....these people have no conscience 😡

Update.....the chairs arrived. To be fair they are lovely and good quality. It's a shame about the customer service as the product is good.

We enjoyed excellent service and prompt delivery. The quality of our order is excellent.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered an item Sept 1. Said was in stock. Oct 1 stopped replying to emails/ phone calls. Nov 24 had to contact our cc to sue for charge back. No items were ever delivered and owner doesn't respond to mulitple email/phone calls.

Awful. Cant even tell if they are a real company anymore. No reply to sent emails, no product after weeks of waiting. Avoid at all cost. Poor poor customer service. Unacceptable!

Absolutely horrible experience and I have been left with an unwanted item. I had to wait 4 weeks for delivery as the item was out of stock (yet it was listed on the website)
When arrived, the box was in poor condition and almost each piece had some dents, scratches etc.
When approached the company to arrange a return, noone emailed me back and there is no phone response either. This is ridiculous as I paid a lot for the product that I am now stuck with until they decide to come back to me. The box was branded with a different company logo SKLUM. After reading other reviews. I am sure they get left overs and sell it for a lot of money knowing they are damaged.

I have ordered table per 470£ and more than month NOBODY ANSWER to me regarding my ITEM !
19 calls and 10 emails nobody has answered

I will write to the court also !

I have screenshot of payments and email a order confirmation !

We have to stop this cruelty
