Why do I never learn?
I’m supposed to be an intelligent man … yet I keep going back to these clowns … I am so disappointed in myself
I will definitely not use them again and if you have more sense than me , you won’t either
They all but ruined a £27000 holiday
They couldn’t organise a drinking competition in a brewery… I’m being polite so as to get my review past authorisation

Maybe if you’re going to Ibiza they can’t get it wrong , but long hail, multi destination is not their bag

Our personal travel concierge Amy dealt with us very professionally she was very knowledgeable and understood our requirements. Amy even contacted the hotel to confirm if there were any closures or unavailability of restaurants or amenities of which there were none which gave us peace of mind but also by Amy speaking to the hotel she managed to get a further discount which was great.

Amelia Wilkins provided excellent customer service, answering all my questions promptly and succinctly. Very professional and friendly in manner.

As usual you were able to give me a very competitive price. Very helpful staff very reliable. This is why I have used you forvso many years.

Following a recent colleague departure I was contacted by Joanne Robinson who introduced herself as our new contact. Delighted Jo took the initiative to contact us.
Jo assisted us with our next holiday and delighted we are able to return to the UAE.

Once again a fantastic experience booking another cruise package with Destinology via the wonderful MAURA McKenna. She is the reason we keep coming back . Nothing is ever too much trouble and she is efficiency personified. Would that customer service ,
elsewhere was as good.
