Ordered a phone case and a cap. The Phone case is very poor quality and the color was mostly faded. The cap never showed up and the customer service didn't offer a solution except that I have to go and pick up the package at my local post service in Latvia. I live in Sweden.

I innititally bought from them as the item had sold out on another site. I was happy to find the item cheaper by £10, but then most of the way through checkout I found the only courier option for delivery was £9! I bought it anyway as I didn't have another option.
It was delivered a day late by a courier I hadnt heard of. I work full time so I missed the delivery. I rang the courier to rearrange delivery, and they told me they couldn't redeliver outside my working hours, on a Saturday, or to my work address!! Absolutely ridiculous, but not the fault of the courier. Devilwear should realise that some people work fulltime and cannot wait in all day on a weekday for a package.
My only option was to pick up the package by getting a lift to the depot - on a business park miles out of town, so I had to stump up extra for fuel!
When I received the item, an expensive skateboard, it was only wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and had torn at the end - meaning my skateboard, a present, was scuffed and scraped.
After the hassle with the courier I decided I was lucky to get the board at all and decided to call it quits.
NEVER AGAIN, AVOID.

I've also read alot of online reviews about some online website service they provode that they have ripped people off through - if I had read those first I wouldn't have purchased in the first place.

you just sent me the wrong item

I bought a jacket for ny husband that he had been searching for for ages. When it arrived it was the wrong colour. There was no choice of colour when I ordered it online so presumed it would be black as advertised. We could not send it back as there was no returns form or label in the package. He does wear it, and it is a lovely jacket, but I'm disappointed as we could not send it back.

but goods were completely not what was pictured

I found Devilwear during a google search for a particular product. They had the product available, and it arrived within the time stated. The only downside for me was having to pay p&p. Good service!

Hadn't ordered from them for a while but really pleased with their current offers and sale. As always fast delivery and all items great quality and value. Will defiantly order with them again.

First order I recieved wrong size, second order was ok.
Third order I recieved wrong color.
Never got refunded from the first order for shipping.
And the first order they said that the size I ordered was out of stock but still a week later you could still order that item in the size that was out of stock, so the homepage doesn't really keep track of what's in stock.

A very good shop. Please pack the product in a more durable wear-resistant packaging. It's a nightmare when the package is destroyed during transport! Sorry for bad English, it is not my native language.
