Vicky Mugford has worked tirelessly ensuring all that was needed for our move in was done in plenty of time. Cant thank her and her team enough for making a potentially stressful time so smooth and stressfree. Any questions we had were answered calmly and in a very helpful manner and very informatively.
DEFINATELY reccomend Vicky and her team @ Devon Rose to everyone.

I write this as my own experience. November 2023.

Devon Rose are opportunists. Take photos of everything so they can't try and blame you for anything.

Keep an eye on the lack of correct legal documents they give you. Stand your ground in getting your deposit back if they try it on with any scams. Don't let them blame you for the age of a kitchen when it's been there for years falling apart.
Don't let them make you pay for a cleaner after you left a property bleached clean and a builder has been in the property tearing out an ancient bath room leaving dust. Take photos of everything as you arrive and leave it.

We were very sad to have fallen out with Devon Rose. Unfortunately lots of people warned us about this company but we were just so keen to get a property close to work that we took it. No one wants to leave a bad review because they say they then get blacklisted and can't get any other rentals. There are lots of unhappy people not being able to be vocal and I am in a position where I can. I feel sad about Devon Roses behaviour. We need honest rental companies.

Have been using these guys for several months now and continue to be delighted and excited when I know a delivery is coming. Truly luscious, delicious and top, top quality meat time and again. The sausages and bacon we get each box is to die for, and then the selections each time are phenomenal. If there is a better place to order your meat from, I'd be amazed. Use them, fantastic service and comes to boot, can't find anything to quibble about, which is unusual for me. Thanks everyone at DR.

We love and rave about the free range sausages made by Devon rose. You can buy them in Waitrose but you have to hunt for them! As you can tell we're massive fans!
