EXCELLENT. I use Dewar each year to have my boiler serviced and ant plumbing jobs done. I cant recommend them enough. I have just had Martin in this morning. He was so friendly, professional and helpful. I have had Joey here previously and he was great too. Ashleigh in the office is always fantastic to deal with too. Dewar are great value and professional. We'll done to all of the team.

I have been using this company the last 10 years found them very reliable, they also have done some other plumbing works and a boiler replacement over 8 years ago. It's been working a treat ever since.

Great Service, Professional, prompt and provided detail on the issue and what needed to happen to fix it.

Thankfully it is rare that I have come across such unprofessionalism but you need to be warned about them. From the beginning when I booked the service online there were clerical errors ( couldn’t find my order ) to eventually a week later and countless calls I got booked in. I took the corresponding day off work to be there (anyone between 9-12) at 1pm I called as I heard nothing and they said there is a delay but he will get to me. Called again at 3pm to be told he won’t be coming as he was delayed. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me this was going to happen. I called again but was just told a refund will be done in the next 7 days. Blown away by how little care or service they give their customers. Go with a professional over this crowd.
