Quick efficient and friendly service from booking my taxi to being taken to my destination. Car was immaculate. My driver was friendly and courteous.

Booked by phone, received a text message confirmation and pre paid. So simple. The car turned up exactly on time and our driver was absolutely lovely. Such a nice guy and such an interesting life. My husband could have talked to him all night! Smooth drive home. Perfect. Thank you

DG Cars are always on time. The drivers are helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to dropping you off at hospital entrances or small back streets in the city centre. Thoroughly recommend them.

Easy to book on the app or calling very efficient clean cars excellent service.

DG is a fantastic service, I have used them for airport runs and both short notice calls on a night out. They are so reliable and offer such a great service I would recommend them time and time again.

On our trip to Nottingham the hotel booked our taxi and we had great service, we used them again for the return trip. On time, easy booking service, pleasant drivers and a good price. We would recommend!

Taxi arrived in very good time, Driver very courteous, and very competitively priced.

Booked a cab to meet me at train station in early hours of the morning that did not show but still took my money
Operator then blatantly lied about taxi having waited, no apology or trying to put things right and been told refund will take 5 days
No concern for a single female traveller stranded at night !

They used to be reliable. But last two times, after booking using their app in the morning, no one turned up at the appointed time in the evening. The second time, I called the call center and was advised that a car would be with me in 5-7 minutes. That car did not turn up either. A car did turn up (at the wrong address) an hour after my booked time, which was of no use to me.

Driver was 15 minutes late but made it up to me with getting me where I need to be fast. I would recommend them to anyone as I’ve only had one issue in the year I’ve used the company, if you need to be somewhere though I recommend booking the taxi for 10 minutes earlier☺️

Don’t book if you have to be somewhere to be on time.

Car was 20 mins late even though I pre booked via the app. No one phoned to tell me. So I couldn’t arrange alternative transport. I missed my pre booked train.

My day started bad when I thought I had ordered a dg taxi on my phone app like normal I just happened to check where he was and realised it hadn’t gone through I had an appointment at qmc at 9am it was now 8am panicking I tried to book another eventually they found a driver that driver went above and behind to get me to my appointment the traffic was awful when I got through to qmc I was already late and realised my card wallet didn’t work and had to pay cash I had none the lovely man said just get to your appointment and pay later don’t worry thats what I did the date was may 4 th I was seen at my appointment thanks again

Really upset my taxi never turned up to pick me up from work was booked 22.00pm know 23.14 pm I’m tired just wanted to het home on the bus thank DG. Very much really appreciate

Excellent as usual for my usual trip from Kirkby in Ashfield to Bulwell Nottingham. Great safe journey. Nice staff.

Used the app a few times now. Easier than calling. Never let me down yet. Highly recommended
