The socks are far too tight and hardly fit for a size 6, let alone a range of 6 to 11. The cost and effort of returning them is not worthwhile, so they have gone to the local charity shop.

I bought a glucometer and after opening it turned out to be damaged, one button was missing, not that it fell off and was freely flying around after packaging, it was just not there at all, they sell used equipment, that is the only explanation, someone bought it then returned it without a button and they sold it as new, hopeless seller. 0 stars the equipment was so cheap that they should have thrown it away and not pushed damaged items on people. They sell literally rubbish.

I have dealt with this company on a few occasions and I have had nothing but good service, I bought a diabetic pen timer in September that failed in October.
A quick email was sent, I had a reply within a couple of hours and a replacement in 3 days !

Appalling customer service and product does not work. Waste of money!!!

This was my first order and I was excited to try an alternative to the adhesive patches provided by Medtronic. I am so disappointed! They are not fit for purpose. They have an unpleasant odour and are in no way large enough or sticky enough to cover the CGM sensor! I emailed straight away but almost a week later have heard nothing. I have however been bombarded with communication regarding further orders and competitions! I called and spoke to a very unsympathetic lady who told me that Monday was their busiest day, and I should just send them back! She did not give me any real reassurance that anything would be done to assist me or provide a refund. These are overpriced and ineffective patches. I won’t be buying again or recommending them to anyone. I wish I had used Trust Pilot before ordering.

Incompetence + medical supplies = disaster. Really disappointing service, thankfully there are other websites who can deliver faster and are much cheaper.

I ordered something from this company in October, and I've heard NOTHING from them since and it's now mid November. Sorry, but this is just unacceptable. I don't know how any seller can behave like this. AVOID

I wanted a few items from this company but had never heard of them. I was sent tracking info and they made me aware that it would arrive in two deliveries. Well packaged. Great company to buy from, definitely order from them again! - If you wear your pump in your bra, it will peel after a little while.
