This is my first time with dial a dog groomers.
The guy who came to my house today was very nice and very good with my 2 shitzu dog's.
When my dog's came back from the grooming van I. Was delighted to see the difference in my dog's
I would genuinely recommend dial a dog groomers for the quality of there work and how good the groomer was with my dog's
First class service good prices.

I have used Dial A Dog Wash several times, and the service is just fantastic, Dave comes to the door on time or will let me know he is running late. He is so good with my 3 chihuahuas and treats them like his own. They always look super smart when they are done and smell divine. Highly recommend this company.

We have used dial a dog wash a few times now for our large olde English bulldog. They arrive on time and he loves his pamper. Very professional service and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COST DONT let them groom or touch your dog if you love your pet .
The groomer cut my dogs leg so deep her bone has shown!!! She needed immediately medical attention!!! At the vet !!
And after all ,she needed 3 hours to clipp a tiny dog (2kg) and not good at all! everywhere was blood and a upset dog 💔

Fantastic dog grooming service by Tash!
She does all three of our dogs in one booking, ranging from a Curly haired sproodle, a Rottweiler mastiff cross and a little chubby pug cross.
All three dogs love having a pamper with Tash. She does a fantastic job of cutting the Sproodle, a wash and blow dry for the pug and a shampoo, de-shed and blow dry for the big Rottie.
We have never had a bad experience or poor job from Tash, even when she did our Springer spaniel from when he was a pup, around 17 years ago.
Highly recommend and never lets you down

Cannot recommend Louise in Plymouth enough!! my Teddy has been kicked out of multiple groomers due to being a bit aggressive and nervous. She has worked with him over the last year and have built up a lovely trust to the point he had his first groom today without his muzzle which I've always insisted he has. He comes back smelling and looking amazing!!
I was a bit skeptical from some of the reviews this company has but they are not all like that! I only have to mention her name and Teddy goes running around excitedly looking for her and she even gives his favorite teddy a bath.

Had my dog groomed today. And she came back with a sore paw, which was bleeding and could see quite clearly her nail had been cut wrong. Text the groomer and she denied cutting her nails and thay she was fine, when she brought her back. So now will be escalating this further as I wasn't offered a refund, I had a vet trip because of it and refuses to pay me back the vet bill !

Dave has been grooming our dogs for years and I recommend him to everyone.
The service he provides is brilliant! So easy to book with him, always punctual and accommodating. The dogs love him and I always have a happy pampered pooch after his visit. Highly Reccomended!!

We've had Kat come to our home for many years and groom or anxious little dog Toby. We very sadly said goodbye to him on the 4th April and we just want to say how much we have appreciated her grooming Toby over the years with such love and attention. Thankyou so much and we would highly recommend. Keep busy Kat 🐕 🐾

First time using them as I tried to cut my dogs nails myself but had no idea what i was doing! Messaged on Wednesday Natasha was here Friday lunchtime. I have a very strong dog but he was in and out within minutes looking very pleased with himself. Highly recommend Natasha, she was kind, patient and very quick so he was at ease. 🐶🙂

So accommodating! Responsive to messages and a good price. Our girls are well looked after and come back looking and smelling beautiful.

Marie is just the best and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my doggies. She’s so kind caring and takes so much pride in her work

Marie is wonderful with our two dogs. She does a really great job of grooming them. The dogs feel happy and comfortable with her. They love her. Marie is a lovely bubbly person.

Marie has been brilliant with my dogs . Had a very nervous jack Russell when we first started using dial a dog . He now tolerates it all . She has been grooming my Dad's dog tilly for years and when he passed away and I inherited tilly she became not just my groomer but my friend as she took my dogs on at her home as my house has no driveway .And I now enjoy going to have a natter as well as the dogs haircut and washed every 8 weeks 🙂

My 3 Frenchies love their baths, de shed, claws (always questionable) and blow dry and they just smell soooooo gorgeous!🥰
After a bad experience in the past with Yoda (my middle fur child) Marie always does a fantastic job, no yelping or panicking.
All 3 boys jump in and out the van acting crazy with zoomies giving plenty of wet slobbery kisses🛁I will 100% always reccomed to friends and others! Thankyou lovely! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Diane who looks after my dog when grooming is a lovely lady and she does a first class job she has been grooming our dog for a number of years and makes our dog look beautiful again she is very professional and I would recommend dial a dog wash to anybody.

Marie is amazing always does a brilliant job with our German shepherd (Athena) highly recommend.

I have used Laura for a number of years for my grumpy little dog and she is amazing , so good with him and always listens to what Id like for him. Always quick to reply and arrange an appointment, priced well and so convenient that she comes to us.

Would 100% recommend Marie for dog grooming . Our dog loves being groomed by her and he enjoys the experience. Ralfie has been to several in the past but Marie has now been grooming him for several years as we only trust Marie with him. He comes out happy and looking absolutely gorgoues
