Delighted with our king size goose down duvet which is super quality and despatched to us so efficiently.

Quick and efficient service. Products were of fantastic quality and i will be back soon! Not sure of 'Emel' review as i have experienced nothing but good things form Diamond so far. Must add that communication was spot on and i was kept well informed throughout the process. Thanks diamond you have a new regular customer!

Excellent customer service. I ordered a pair of pillows and a duvet all of which were delivered promptly. Pillows are divine so soft but supportive and so comfy. The duvet wasn’t as I expected mainly due to a misunderstanding over the tog rating but they dealt with quickly and efficiently and went out of their way to ensure I am now a very happy customer.
Can highly recommend!

I can not fault this company for either their service, price or quality. I have purchased from Diamond bedding twice now and both times have been a pleasant trouble free process. I would not hesitate in recommending them , they are a pleasure to deal with

We ordered a new pair of pillows online and the whole process was simple. We wish more websites were as simple to use.

We were also kept updated throughout and received an email a few hours after the order from dpd telling us about how our delivery was arriving the next day. We also received an update the next morning telling us which driver was specifically delivering our parcel exactly too!

The pillows are heavenly and we cannot praise them enough. We will definitely be back for to purchase more for the other rooms when our grandchildren come to stay over.

Below is my original review which was followed by some disturbing events.
The reply from Diamond Bedding came within 1 hour,amazing or would be if it was true. Taking their statements one by one.

1) I could not find on Google any other bedding company with similar name. Check it out.

2) My phone record clearly shows that I tried several times to phone both their numbers.

3) There is copy of the email in my Sent folder. Only one because the rest of then time I unfortunately used their contact form.

4) I decided to risk it and placed an order for their Hungarian goose down pillow. It was due to arrive with free DPD delivery next day ie today.
Guess what happened? Instead of the pillow an email arrived curtly informing me that my order had been refunded.No apology,no explanation. Hence my question in the title,have they ceased trading or did they make it company policy to drive customers away?

Can all those people who left very positive reviews please tell me if they ever managed to contact this company. I had and indeed still have a query re their pillows but no matter how many times I tried,left messages,requested call-back,sent emails, nobody bothered to phone or reply my emails.

We wanted to say thanks to the staff at Diamond Bedding. From the moment we spoke to somebody on the phone we were assisted as much as possible despite our many awkward questions.

My wife wanted to replace our 15 year old down duvet but it was much more expensive now compared to when we purchased it 15 years ago at the same store!

We tried out the duvet from here as the write up sounded good and we are delighted with it. It is just as lovely as our last duvet.

This was my first time buying goose down pillows as I usually preferred to buy polyester pillows. I heard about down pillows but I didn’t think to try one till now and I have realised how I have been missing out all this time!

It’s a shame that you don’t do toppers as I would have loved to replace my topper with a cosy goose down mattress!

We have had our superking Hungarian down duvet for around a month now and both feel that it is the best duvet ever. We have gone through many duvets and we always disagree with bedding because if I like something then my husband will hate it or if my husband likes something then it’s myself who hates it!! However in this case we both love this duvet and if the other bedding on their site is just as good then we will be writing more feedback when we order them!

Exceptional pillows and the service in general was exceptional too. I called after I had placed my order to make a change and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful.

I have been using my Hungarian duvet for a while now and I cannot praise it enough. I have recommended it to all of my friends ( some of whom purchased one for their bed) and they also cannot get over how soft and breathable it is. We have not struggled with the heat like we did last summer.

Five star from ordering to and including delivery.the duvet excellant.will order from this company again in th not to distant future.

I was so certain that something dodgy was going show up. I was patiently waiting for getting angry once again by unacceptable service or miscommunication. But this company is a true exception!! I really can't describe how awesome my experience was with Diamond Bedding. Exceptional service and really good pillow quality.

I have always wanted to have a 100% goose down duvet. I searched high & low for one but was unable to achieve the full 100% finally I came across diamond bedding. They were in the sale, so brought two 9 tog & two 4.5tog for the summer. The 9 tog was fantastic in the winter & have yet to try the summer one, but I’m sure it will be just as good. Micro fibre always has gaps & hard to wrap your leg over the top to cool but, with the goose down it was like being cuddled & easy to pop you leg our if yo hot. I really like the crunchy sound when you move, it takes me back to when I was young & crawled into my mum& dads bed. Fab product.

The Hungarian pillows are great quality and the delivery was straightforward too. All in all a good experience.

Where could I ever start? The website and description seemed appealing but I am not comfortable with ordering online and always hesitant so I called up to get more information and ask if I could order over the phone.

The young lady on the other end of the phone was reassuring and I couldn’t have asked for a better advisor. For the 1 hour time slot, I told her that my mobile number wouldn’t be working since my number was being ported and as I am not great with emails I told her that I would struggle to access my 1 house time slot.

This wasn’t an issue since she offered to call me personally the next day with my 1 hour time slot which she did. I have never been treated so well and my duvet ( the 100% Hungarian goose down duvet) is just as comfortable as it looks and sounds on the website.

It was an easy decision for me to choose diamond bedding. Their website was informative which showed that they were knowledgeable and their advisor on chat was well informed too. The duvet itself did not fail to disappoint either and I will definitely be back in the future.

A SUPERB set of pillows

I would not be doing the pillows justice if I did not leave 5 stars for them after having such great sleep with my new down pillows.

I ordered an item that I needed to return however you have to do this at your own cost! The item I returned cost me £14! Nowhere in their returns policy does it state that you will cover the cost of the returned items. Thank goodness I didn't buy a duvet as it would have been far more expensive!
