Amazing service, honest advice and now my go too. As a watch collector this is by far the he best service, price and experience I’ve seen. A Daytona Ghost is a serious purchase and I did my usual research. Diamond Brothers are the most genuine dealers I’ve experienced. I will be buying from them again certainly.

A very reputable dealer with a great range of all the main model of watches. They are also very accommodating and friendly and would recommend.

Being my first watch purchase, I was a little nervous, but Ben’s knowledge, friendliness, and reassurance made the whole process easy. The watch arrived already modified to my exact wrist size, which was a lovely touch. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

In the first place I was directed to Diamond Brothers, by both a personal recommendation from a friend of mine, who had bought and sold a number of Rolex’s, and also an internet website advert. The fact that my friend had only bought and sold exclusively through these watch dealers gave me a huge amount of self-assurance. When I did arrive at their store in South Molton Street, I immediately felt comfortable and secure in their shop. One of the partners, Ben, spent some considerable time with me, opening up the watch showing how to check the authenticity of a Rolex. We concluded our transaction and I can honestly say that I was very happy and assured of my purchase. Without any doubts this is the only shop that I will be going to, to buy my future watches.

The watch was exactly as described and presented in excellent condition, exceeding my expectations. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of the watches they sell and their reputation.

A big thank you to Ben, Charlie and Harrison. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. There was never any pressure, just honest advice and plenty of time to inspect the watch and ask questions. It’s refreshing to deal with people who clearly know their trade inside out.

Ben deserves a special mention. He’s a proper old fox when it comes to negotiating – sharp, experienced and always a step ahead! But that’s part of his charm. He’s fair, straightforward and, if you’re genuine, he’s always willing to work with you to reach a deal. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him.

A truly fantastic experience. Enquired on Instagram with Ben regarding a Rolex. He answered all of my questions respectfully and even provided a video on request. Purchased my first Rolex from them and it was made very straight forward. I was slightly dubious about buying a watch online but I hadn’t needed to be, Ben video called me and showed me the actual watch I would be purchasing.

This company was new to me. I'm very much an AD buyer! So I was in uncomfortable buying territory! However, Ben could not do enough to put my mind at ease, to answer every question I had ( which were numerous!) my bank had blocked my payment, which concerned me! But Ben offered a video chat (see YouTube) and put my mind at rest, he kept me informed of my watch and what was happening with it. They offered a great price! One hard to beat even on eBay.

First contacted Diamond Brothers through their Snapchat about a watch they had advertised, which I was then contacted through WhatsApp so that I could be sent more photos and a video. Their professional opinion and advice was purely for my benefit and I did not feel pressured into making any deals. I opted for the platinum yachtmaster, which was serviced and polished before posting. The watch is a beautiful piece for the price tag, and the experience was very relaxed. I would recommend anyone buy a watch from Diamond Brothers as their level of service and respect for me was top tier, and this was all through online and phone calls, so I can only imagine what they would be like for a walk in customer. Thank you guys, it’s been a pleasure.
