I left my car with them for over a month. The service was good, with someone there on arrival and the car was delivered back after about 8 minutes. It was in good condition.
Pity that the aiprort now charge £8.50 for drop off.

Good efficiency re drop off / pick up ... however damage to vehicle on pick up. Reported immediately (before leaving airport) ... was told to send in photographs which I did that evening. Denial and failure to communicate means I will DEFINITELY NOT be using this service again and would warn others. Non-existent customer service and aftercare if you have an issue!!!

Have used for many years and will continue to do so. Excellent meet and greet service. Always reliable and makes airport parking easy and stress free. And at a good price!

I have dealt with Lewis and the team at Diamond Airport Transfers 3 times now, and due to personal reasons I have had to cancel my upcoming appointment and they have refunded me with out question, brillante service

We have been using Diamond Parking for a few years now and have only good things to say. Always on time for drop off and pick up.

We have been using Diamond parking for about 4 years now. Never had any problems, staff are pleasant & treat the car as if it was their own (in a good way). It’s good to know that the storage of the car is only 5 minutes away & not in some field miles away

Used Diamond Parking many times over past few years, always had a great service, easy to book, polite staff, very prompt collection and delivery back to us , highly recommended, will be using again in September.

The service was impressively quick, just as we had been informed. When the airline rescheduled our flight, forcing us to adjust the Meet and Greet from late morning to 3am, Diamond Parking promptly updated our booking. The pickup went smoothly and efficiently, everything went according to plan, and our car was returned in the exact condition we left it. Highly recommend!

This was the 4th or 5th time using Diamond Parking at Bristol airport and again superb service from start to finish. No delays, no damages and cheaper than silver zone with less hassle and time saved.

Del at Diamond Parking at Southend went above and beyond to give us a good friendly and professional service. We arrived with a flat tyre on a AA pickup very early in the morning. We were speedily transported to the airport and managed to just catch our flight. From then on Del assisted us to get a new tyre and get it fitted on our return a week later. He took the stress from us and we very grateful. The service was excellent and we will return.

This was recommended to me by a friend. This was really good service and would recommend to anyone. It was so easy, rang when 15mins from airport. A member of staff was waiting in the drop off area. They were very polite and friendly, all done quickly. On return, which was early hours of the morning, rang when coming out of airport and not too long later, they turned up with car. Again polite and friendly member of staff. All sorted quick and easily, great service at a good price. It was less than the airport silver service.

Great service, friendly staff and good value for money. We were met in the drop off / pick up area of Bristol Airport, which is a next to the terminal, with a quick and easy hand over. On return our flight was delayed and even though we arrived at 3am the car was returned and waiting for us to pick up as we walked out of the terminal. I would recommend Diamond.

Booking communication was good with prompt replies.

Drivers appeared promptly for collection and delivery but disappeared immediately on both occasions so there was no chance to check the car with him. One even missed the tip I was going to give for returning it so quickly!!

There were no bodywork checks on the car during collection, as I experienced with a similar service at Gatwick where the driver did a walk-round with me looking for damage. It was only when I stopped for fuel driving home that I noticed a sharp dink behind the rear passenger side door. Obviously from another car door. My car not even 2 years old, in excellent condition. I had washed and polished the car the day before and had driven directly from home. I am 100% sure the damage wasn’t there on delivery.

Diamond were very dismissive, telling me I should have taken photos of the car beforehand and I couldn’t prove it was them. There was no procedure for mutual inspection and recording existing damage. I doubt whether they would have acknowledged responsibility whatever evidence was presented. From what was up to then a positive experience, it became somewhat soured.

Quick and efficient, however, I would steer clear if you have a decent car that you don’t want damaged. Alternatively insist on a walk-round with signed declaration proving you are dropping off an undamaged car.

Speedy service, exactly as we were advised. When I had to change the Meet and Greet time from late morning to 3am because the airline changed the flight, Diamond Parking changed the booking immediately for me. Pick up was as arranged, collection was swift - all worked perfectly and car in same condition as we left it. Would recommend

Meet was great man literally waiting for us when we got into the car park. Followed instructions on return and ended up waiting 20 minutes in car park for car to be returned, car was in good condition when returned. Staff were very friendly and polite and easy to contact.
Will use again.

Extremly expensive - I paid for a 2h hour parking slot 30USD near Hualau (Big Island, Hawaii).

After I came back, I saw a notice on the front glass. I have to pay an additional fee for "improperly parking" 56USD if I paid in 5d or 98USD after 5d. (One Wheel was a bit over the line, but next to this site was no parking space... That is all.
