Ordered a strimmer on 24 hour delivery. 6.30pm on the expected day, item had not arrived. Called customers services and advised that the delivery could be at any time up to 7pm and he will call back or email if there was a problem. No call or email. 4 days later item still not arrived. Customer service said it was on its way and will be there within 48 hours. 48 hours later item not arrived. Called for a refund and promised one within 24 hours. 72 hours later refund issued. I believe that this company sells items that are out of stock with the promise of next day delivery. They then string you along till you either give up or demand a refund. Be Aware!!!!!

Dibranto representative Sayed Shafi was most helpful; keeping me informed of the progress of my order. He was also very polite and a pleasure to deal with.

After unfortunately having the wrong set of makita drills delivered i contacted customer services. Sayed was super helpfull with sorting the problem out and getting the correct set delivered for the next day.He maintained contact with me keeping me updated and full praise must be given to him.Most of my internet shopping goes without a hitch but when a problem does arise its good when its sorted out as well as this,After this experience i would not hesitate to order again from Dibranto after all we can all make mistakes.

Today I took delivery of 2 x 18v Bosch Li-ion batteries, delivery was fine, but I suspect that these batteries have had some use, as they arrived unboxed, with marks and scratches, also they were completely flat. The dates on the batteries shows them to be 2 years old.
When purchasing Bosch batteries previously, they were always boxed, in pristine condition, and about 75% charged.
I telephoned the company to query this, and they said they would check into it, and get back to me promptly, but of course no call back.

The batteries were sold as a promotion, but the good price is not so attractive if the items are not new.

A Bosch jigsaw was ordered at around 2pm,the order arrived through Fed Ex at 7:25am,the following morning!
Bearing in mind,a £4.99 delivery charge;that's an excellent service compared to many others who can charge far more...
The jigsaw is also the best priced online.
I have no hesitation in recommending Dibranto to other potential buyers, from my own experience.

I bought some tools online and have been waiting and waiting. Was the customer service helpful?? Not at all. Many calls and nothing solved. They claim you can get a product the next day but it never arrives!!!!!!They sell thing they do not stock!!!!!

Do not buy !!

DONT BUY FROM DIBRANTO THEY SAY ITEMS ARE IN STOCK AND YOU WILL GET NEXT DAY (WRONG THERE NOT ) THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. BEWARE

I didnt get the shipping confirmation email I was expecting but my order arrived promptly. Phone sales support service was excellent.

Customer Service provided by Sayed today with an aftersales query was absolutely fantastic - one of the fastest response times I've ever received and also a detailed reply answering all of my questions. Overall a good quality easy to use company, great value products, fast delivery and second-to-none customer service.

i had a very pleasant time dealing with this company, i ordered a couple of 18 volt bosh batteries and after a mixup with the address (my fault) syed shafi acted in a very professional manner personally keeping track of my order and making sure that it arrived the second time around, i would even go as far to say that syed shafi gave me some of the best costumer service i have ever encountered! even though i may have come across a little blunt in my first email. massive thank you!

Purchase of a Wagner spray gun, to change of heart to buy the Bosch pfs instead... He felt with me very patiently and professionally, further more I decided to cancellation the order as found something better and similar cost, no ifs no buts, organised refund! Genuinely humble guy. I purchased a Makita Drill Driver earlier this year through Sayed and he made sure that it gets delivered and kept in touch till the time it was delivered.
Now there seems to be a fault in the machine and when I contacted Sayed he brilliantly dealt with my issue and made arrangements into getting it sorted by sending and directing me in the right direction.

I am really happy that we still have people like Sayed working in places like these and changes the whole out look of the company.

Ordered 2 brabantia bins at a great price , sayed gave a service which is very rare nowadays , a call to ask if goods arrived ( next day delivery as promised) etc and a follow up email not the usual call centre robots
