The best part of my experience was when Google pay changed the shipping address to my old home address that I sold. I contacted them by email and they corrected the shipping address to the correct person. I can't wait to see the texts about the dick gift in the mail!

Great product, always fun for a laugh and some smiles! I’ve used DBM for several jokes to friends that needed a pick me up and they always know it was me. My most recent purchase I accidentally put the wrong address and after a quick email got it sorted out and the dick sent to the intended recipient. Now we wait….

Sent this in the mail with extra D*cks and sprinkles. For the well worth extra charge for extra love+sprinkles. It was a great laugh to be….. I unfortunately I sent them to myself…. to hand them to a deserving family member…. They never showed up. I guess it’s the perfect scam to send these without a trace… but when you send them to yourself and they don’t show up….. what should I say?
Im finely remembering after 1 year and looking back in my card statements, I was charged but never received the package(lol). Funny they sell them as Di*cks but can’t write the word on review.

I placed an order and was charged within 12 hours. 4 days later I have not received any information about my order even though I paid extra for 2 day shipping. I have sent multiple emails and have received 0 response. I will be reporting to my bank as fraudulent behavior and receive my money back. I will not look at this company again.

Their customer service is outstanding! I had made a mistake with a wrong address for a gag gift for my sister and within 15 minutes of reaching out to them, they were able to re-ship the bag of d**** to the correct address! This is the quickest turnaround by any company I've ever bought from. They were also very understanding. Also my sister got her birthday gift on time too! I'd highly recommend this store for all your shenanigans. Also I'm not a bot, this is the only review I've written in years. I was that impressed. Thanks again DbM!!

I LOVE this concept! The confetti *icks are lovely! I have been sending homemade cards for birthdays, anniversary etc.…. I normally put confetti in the cards…but the receivers know its me…. When I send them a spring-loaded confetti *icks, they don’t know it came from me…. because there is no proof that I sent it. Lots of laughter received! Sooner or later the receiver figures it out that it was me. I just sent another 4 to different members adults only…. However, I wish you would have an option for kids…. Maybe like unicorns or something….

My autofill filled out the sender address wrong but putting my city and zip, it was totally my error. I emailed dicksbymail and advised of the error and promptly corrected it!

The bag of d!cks were delivered today to my father-in-law as a return gag gift of sending me fake cockroaches.

I remember the tweet of Elon Musk about sending everyone a bag of d*** and that was the first time when I learned such pranks existed. Now it was me to receive one and I'm happy.

Always solid products and timely delivery. The one time a post office messed up the customer service was phenomenal in solving the issue.

Great to do business. I forgot to list a discount code on my order. I contacted them to see if they could still honor it. They did! Fast delivery.

So they replied to my other review and told me that a full refund has been sent. It’s been 10 days and nothing. And first off they still haven’t replied to my emails and did they even ask me for an order number or anything? No! If you are truly going to send me a refund please do so because I am still extremely discouraged it has now been since October 5th that I have been out on my money and my package still says pre shipment. DICKSBYMAIL please send reply to my emails and SEND ME MY REFUND. And maybe ask for an order number or such before just telling me that I’ve been refunded when I clearly haven’t.

This is one of the greatest prank gift ideas I've used! Not only is it a great idea but the products like the gummy ficks and boobs are really good tasting. This is the second time I've used their service and probably not the last. Thank you all for being so great.

I ordered the glow in the dark hitch cock. It broke within 2 days. Haven't ever gotten a response. Tried sending numerous emails since there's no other contact info. Will not recommend or purchase items again. Total waste of money

This is our favorite way to mock each other with my besties. Whenever smth happens the chocolate dick is the best support. Still trying to find an occasion to send that box with "eat s**t" but it looks so realistic lol. Great stuff
