Ik heb 2 items ongedragen en in originele staat geretourneerd, maar mijn terugbetaling wordt geweigerd. Volgens Diesel zouden de items “gedragen” zijn, wat absoluut niet klopt.

Op hun foto zit ineens een witte vlek op een zwarte top die er bij het retourneren niet op zat. Dit kan net zo goed tijdens verwerking in het magazijn zijn ontstaan, maar daar wordt niet naar gekeken.

In plaats van dit serieus te onderzoeken, word ik direct verantwoordelijk gehouden en krijg ik mijn geld niet terug. Er wordt totaal niet meegedacht met de klant.

Erg teleurstellend en onprofessioneel. Ik zou hier niet snel nogmaals bestellen.

Terrible experiance! Customer service directs to another comapny who obviously makes wrist watch machine for them ignoring the fact that the seller,Diesel, is responsible regardless of manufacturer warranties and that Diesel handles this complaint directly and provides a solution in accordance with the law (repair, replacement, or refund). They ignore my emails for days! Run away from them!

Slechte service! Ik heb mijn bestelling sinds februari niet ontvangen en door hun fout met de levering heb ik nog steeds geen terugbetaling gekregen. Ik ben hierdoor mijn geld kwijtgeraakt. Absoluut niet betrouwbaar, ik zou hier niet bestellen.

Unfortunately over the years the quality of diesel products has substantially gone down hill. I have always purchased diesel jeans over the years however you are lucky if you get a year out of jeans and substantially less out of other clothing. The jeans wear through creating holes in a very short time and seams come away on shorts. When a pair of jeans can be more than 150 pounds you would expect much more. Unfortunately this has pushed me now to going to another brand.

One star only because I can’t give less. I was effectively robbed of €223 by this company.
I received a completely wrong order: two shoes for the same foot and a different (cheaper) watch than the one I paid for. I returned everything and was promised a refund, but I only got the money for the shoes—the watch “disappeared.”
Customer service refused to take responsibility, claiming they never received it. As a long-time customer, I’m extremely disappointed. I will never buy from this brand again.

Ho comprato tre paia di jeans presso il loro negozio dell'outlet di Serravalle. Compilando il modulo sul loro sito, ho segnalato un problema che hanno avuto due dei tre jeans che ho acquistato: non li ho messi tantissime volte, lavati a freddo al massimo 4 o 5 volte, e mentre i jeans più scuri hanno conservato la loro forma, gli altri due paia, che erano inizialmente uguali come forma, tutti slim fit taglia 29, si sono allargati, il tessuto ha ceduto, risultando quindi immettibili.
Ho inviato screenshot della prova d'acquisto e foto comprovanti i difetti descritti. Ho poi telefonato al Servizio clienti ma non mi è stata offerta né una sostituzione né un rimborso

I bought a £360 dress in November. The material damaged with the first wear with various threads coming off. I contacted the shop signalling the issue with no success. I contacted customer services and after 4 months of waiting they simply said the material was nit faulty and no apology, substitution or voucher was offered. Absolutely shocking.

Worst customer service ever and I never received my order and was lead in circles over and over trying to get a refund ..

Sizing of jeans are wildly inconsistent ,ordered jeans exactly same size as pair i already had ,on arrival found to be at least 2 sizes bigger .
Finally found right size after multiple reorders ,ordered two pairs, same size, same model but differentcolour ,when arrived one was miles bigger than other, how is that possible? Terrible experience

Diesel Joggjeans bestellt die leider zu groß war! Zurückgeschickt und von UPS bestätigt! Warte seit 4 Wochen auf meine Rückerstattung! Lasst die Finger weg von diesem Shop…unterirdischer Kundenservice

I purchased a belt online for my son’s Christmas present. The sizing wasn’t true so I had to return it. After weeks of waiting to hear from them , I was informed the belt was damaged and I couldn’t get a refund. The belt left here in perfect condition in the original box with the tags and label still attached. I am guessing they purposely damaged it so as not give a refund. I will never purchase from diesel again.

I was a loyal Diesel customer for over 15 years and owned several pairs of Larkee jeans manufactured in Italy and Morocco. Those pairs were exceptionally well constructed and justified their premium price.
My recent purchase of Larkee jeans from Diesel’s current production was noticeably inferior in construction quality, including looser stitching, lower-grade finishing, and reduced material quality.
After escalating the issue and providing detailed comparisons, Diesel Client Service Management confirmed that their current seasonal inventory no longer includes Larkee jeans produced in Italy or Morocco.
I appreciate their professionalism in responding, but this clarified that the product I had trusted for many years no longer exists in the same form.
Customers familiar with Diesel’s earlier production standards should be aware of this change when making purchasing decisions.

Jogg Jeans 245,- Euro. Nach drei Monaten schließt der Reißverschluss nicht mehr. Man will Fotos, keine Ahnung was man darauf sehen will. Unhöfliches Verhalten. Auf Abwimmeln eingestellt. Keine Lösung.

On February 9, I placed an online order and paid an additional $30 for EXPRESS SHIPPING. The website indicated the expected delivery on the 10th. Today Is 12 of February - they didn't even ship it. Contacted their customer service multiple times - they do nothing, they just say I understand your frustration, wait another 24 hours and you will receive tracking information.
I called them as well - they do NOTHING!
I'm double frustrated because it's a gift that I needed on time.

It's so awful that the designs and clothing quality are great, but these logistics guys failing the company's reputation.

I got very bad experience (shop near Oxford circus). My daughter bought very expensive shoes and the quality was very bad. Next working day from purchase we went to shop to explain them the issue but the manager started screaming straight away. The worst customer service we have ever had

So, erstmal, ich habe eine Stonewashed dirtstyle-bluejeans für 130€ gekauft, sehr guter Schnitt. Allerdings nach der dritten Wäsche war die Farbgebung ganz einfach verschwunden und meine Jeans, von 250€ auf 130€ heruntergesetzt sah dann nur noch aus, wie ein Lappen von Aldi, oder Kik. Zudem ist der Stoff an bestimmten Stellen, trotzdem ich sehr sorgsam mit meiner Jeans war, dermaßen dünn und durchsichtig geworden und riss und das war's mit meiner chicen Jeans . Dann habe ich eine Jeans in dunkelblau bestellt, für 130€. So ein top-Schnitt, aber genau wie die stonewashed -Dirtstyle hat die tiefdunkelblaue Jeans nach dreimaligem Waschen bei 30° dermaßen viel Farbe verloren, daß diese sodann aussah, wie etwa eine DDR-Jeans. Auch fällt der Stoff nun seltsamerweise ganz anders, nicht mehr so leger und elegant. All diese Begebenheiten lassen nur einen Schluss zu. Man möchte wohl eher ein gehobenes Kundenklientel, welches auf ein ach so cooles Diesel-Label schwört, aber gern bei ersten Abnutzungserscheinungen einen frischen, coolen Artikel kauft für sehr viel Geld. Hier sieht man anhand der Tatsachen ein ganz deutliches, kalkuliertes Muster. Denn eines ist mal sicher: die Mittel und Möglichkeiten gebieten es, daß man solche Stoffe wahrlich länger haltbar zu machen vermag. Ich rufe also uns alle auf, Diesel-Produkte zu meiden. Eine Aufruf in gebührender Aufmachung erfolgt auf Instagram und Facebook. Zudem wurd es weitere Schritte geben. Es kann nicht sein, daß diese Leute sich auch feiern, wie diese Tag für Tag einen weltweiten, offensichtlichen Betrug an der Weltbevölkerung verüben. Eine chemische Probe ergibt zudem die minderwertige Qualität. Selbst die Material ist nur Anfangs niedlich und fühlt sich gut an. Meine Frage hier nun an dir ach so feinen Damen und Herren Diesel: wie mag es wohl anmuten und aussehen, wenn Sie von der Diese-l Geschäftsführung zusammen hocken und überlegen, wie man so, wie hier beschrieben die Kunden betrügen und noch mehr Geld rausholen kann? Denn all die Materialproben lassen nur diesen einen Schluss zu. Und nu noch was, ein Anhang an diese Worte: Unfall und Krankheit soll all dies nun aufwiegen.Dies ist der Preis, den ich für Sie festsetze. Achten Sie drauf, wenn Sie es nicht glauben wollen. I ordered a Jeans on their website on 1.12.2025, size 33 came. I returned it and asked for size 32. The first time it took 15 days for the jeans to come. The replacement jeans, according to their communication, was despatched thru DPD on 29.12.2025. as on today 31.01.2026, the Jeans is stuck in the Vuirschot depot. They falsely claimed that they atempted delivery on 05.01. false claim. I have exchanged 35 emails with customer support demanding refund. They say till the Jeans comes back to their warehouse in Italy, they cannot refund. Standard reply everytime that DPD is investigating.

Ik snap niet waar al die slecht recensies vandaan komen. Ik heb juist een hele goede ervaring:) Ik had twee pakketten en waarvan ik van 1 pakket een broek heb gehouden en de rest ging terug. De mevrouw in de chat hielp mij keurig met een label. Het enige nadeel van Diesel vind ik dat het niet klopt dat op hun site staat dat ze twee dagen doen over verzenden. ...Mijn eerste pakket deed er 18 dagen over: veel sneeuw en dat snap ik. En het tweede pakket 8 dagen. (vandaar 4 sterren in plaats van 5) Voor de rest vind ik het merk top. En het contact via email of chat is ook goed.

Op 5 december een spijkerbroek besteld en betaald. Broek is nooit aangekomen, ben 3 keer bij het pick up point geweest. Volgens Diesel en de koerier (DPD) moest hij daar zijn. Vervolgens is Diesel in afwachting dat de broek retour komt, hij zou zijn opgehaald door de koerier, volgens de eigenaar van het Pick Up locatie is er niemand geweest die ook maar iets op kwam halen. Volgens Diesel zijn ze in afwachting van de broek op hun retour locatie. We zijn inmiddels 2 maanden verder en na vele E-mails over en weer is er nog steeds geen terugbetaling gedaan. NOOIT KOOP IK IETS MEER VAN DIESEL!!!!!

J'avais déjà acheté Diesel mais jamais en ligne, et il y avait un jean et un t-shirt que je ne pouvais que trouver sur le site officiel.
Je ne suis pas déçu : commande reçue en moins d'une semaine malgré le parcours du colis (j'ai suivi la commande qui partait d'Italie) et j'adore ce que j'ai reçu, notamment le jean.
