“professional yet personal”
I was a bit worried at the start of my claim but really there was no need as everyone I spoke to were very helpful & friendly! Siobhan was just lovely and put me at ease & was so easy to talk to & explained everything step by step. I felt my best interests were what mattered to Siobhan & Mr Donald McKay at all times. Would definitely recommend Digby Brown to others.

What a company
What a company, what an experience- such excellent work ethics, diligence and above all honesty. This was all well exhibited by DB's Lynne Kerr.
Due to an accident at work, l found my self needing legal representation. I discovered Digby Brown based on a friend's recommendation and was introduced to DB’s Lynne Kerr. From start to finish she has been empathetic, offering wise counsel, honest, kept me well informed and updated and was professional from start to finish. She stayed in touch by way of email, text and phone calls and was warm, friendly and respectful at all times. Following some months of good work, the case has now been settled -with positive outcome.
I would recommend Lynne Kerr and Digby Brown anytime.
I want to once again commend DB's transparency, openness and honesty as I believe it is very critical to know where one stands especially with situations like this and I really appreciated that. Also commendable is their modus operandi which gives clients room to 'breathe' and takes the pressure off while working with them towards hopeful outcomes.

My solicitor Danielle Wardrope was excellent .she managed to get me compensation regarding a non fault accident that happened in August when l was unfortunate to be involved in a accident involving police and Ned’s that resulted in my car being wrote off , having whip lash and mental trauma that is ongoing regarding driving a new car and being more nervous when driving . Danielle was kind and considered my feeling . Danielle gave me advice when due and kept up to date with me regarding my case .
I totally recommend Danielle as a solicitor to anyone who needs help and Digby Brown , I trusted them 100 percent to try and get the best compensation that they could with the constrain off my case ( hit and run , police pursuit ) .

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Accused myself of something I was not responsible for. Female I spoke to was a rude, obtuse individual. Could even imagine her as a counselor for law. Dreadful attitude. Don't touch with a bargepole

Excellent Service
I received excellent support and guidance from Alasdair Dunlop throughout the duration of my case which lasted around 8 months. Ultimately resulting in a successful payout for a personal injury claim. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer care and service
I was given excellent information and advice from my first contact with Digby Brown. The solicitor who was allocated to my case kept me up to date with ongoing case. She made regular contact with me to enquire how my health had been and showed true concern when I was admitted to hospital on numerous occasions. I was treated with respect and empathy. It took a very long time but eventually the case was settled out of court to my satisfaction.
I could not have pursued this compensation claim without the legal services of Digby Brown.
