I was initially going to purchase my camera through another store but since I was in the area, I thought iâd try digidirect. The person who I was really impressed with is the senior male staff/ manager. He was very busy attending to other clients when I got there but he would stop and assist the young lady I was asking help from. They initially said no to matching sonyâs online offer but since the manager was in close proximity he told the staff not to assume they know everything. So he matched sonyâs offer for me. It was very pleasant and smooth transaction and my camera body was delivered on time.
Also, it was closing time and I needed to wait for my ride home. I was about to leave the premises when the manager stopped me and offered me to stay inside while I wait for my ride. I didn't know the area very well but he told me I can wait inside even after 4pm because he didn't want me to get robbed since I was carrying pricey gears. That level of care to customers is beyond! I didn't get his name sadly. But he was such a good human being. Thank you! May you be rewarded for being an exemplary employee.

I really want to buy one of the Fujifilm lens and only silver colour had a discount. I reached out to digiDirect and they included the black in the discount. I also went to the Melbourne store to test out a similar lens so I get to test out the speed of the autofocus and now it handled. Because they didn't have the act model in the store I proceeded to purchase it online and had free shipping. It came quick with constant update via Auspost. I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

I bought the camera and it was great. However there was a fault with it and since it was under warranty I sent it away . It has now been 6 months and I canât seem to find out if itâs being repaired, under warranty or I have to pay ? I just want my camera back and will pay if I have to ? However the service is absolutely terrible, no transparency, keep getting emails asking the same thing, proof of purchase , proof of sending it down even though I supply this I hear nothing back . After calling all day someone even called me back and asked if I had two cameras as they could not match this one ? No ideas what they were talking about ? I tried to follow up on that phone call as it made no sense and could get no answers? I certainly donât have two and am very much regretting buying one . Donât get me wrong the camera is great but the service is a disservice.

Zohar at the Bondi store was very knowledgeable on the camera I chose to purchase - in fact he was very knowledgeable on the 3 cameras I was considering to purchase and that gave me all the information I needed to make a decision.

We expected a new camera only to be told it would be sent away for repair which really was not acceptable for a new camera. When I challenged this I was told there had to be a number of faults before the camera would be replaced.
