I placed an order on the 13th of November. It still hasn't been dispatched. No updates, no communication. They don't answer emails. I've now opened a case with PayPal to get a refund. I've had to use a different company to receive some waterless shampoo, which have dispatched the same day as purchased. This will be the first & last time of using this company. Trying to care for 2 disabled adults, I don't have the time to keep chasing people to send me something we really needed.

I bought tge waterless shampoo and tried it today
Urgh it’s horrible. It’s left my hair thick and sticky. I wished I hadn’t used it now as my hair was ok but now I’m going to have to wash it properly and as I’m disabled this is so difficult
I used it as instructions said, the only thing I didn’t do was towel dry it as it wasn’t that wet

Paid for product, waited weeks no delivery contacted them, transpired they sent the product to the wrong address. They stated then they would send another, nothing ever received, sent countless emails no response, ripped me off, took my money and got nothing in return, do not use this company. My order number was 12074

Fantastic I regularly order from this company as it’s the best place to get my sons toothpaste not waiting ages for delivery either

Excellent range of personal hygiene products at a good price, the waterless shampoo is well loved by our son who has sensory processing disorder and doesn't tolerate water on his head, it's also great for anyone with dreadlocks to avoid hours of drying time. We also have the bubble tube and cuddle ball which are both great for stress relief. Fantastic communication with the company whenever there was a delay in dispatch.

This was a game changer for my daily. My son is on the Autism Spectrum with sensory processing disorder. Washing hair used to have to be done with a wash cloth and soap and even theN It wasn’t great. When we tried this we can at last wash his hair with no tears or running away.

Other non water shampoo hair products left my autistic son hair sticky and still dirty however this one didn't would I recommend this product yes differently 5* from Me

Great products and is great when you are too tired to shower or are unable to shower if you have trouble standing, its even good for when you don't have time to shower.

I love the waterless shampoo as my child doesn’t like water over his head and it quick and easy also had fluffy hair after x amazing product

wonderful company to deal with. Such quick and fast delivery. My mum ,at 96 is hard to persuade to wash her hair often enough. You were the solution. Now I give her a " Head Massage " every couple of days allowing her not to fuss and giving myself peace of mind.

Have yet to use all the products ordered, but the shampoo is an absolute godsend - no more stressful nights before school. There was a small issue with the order but Chloe had it sorted in minutes, brilliant service!

Finding the waterless products have been a life changer in our house, my daughter has ASD and sensory issues and bathing became an absolute nightmare...these products just tpok a lot of the anxiety and pressure out of the situation. The products are great and easy to use, promoting independence too. The website is great, customer service is extremely helpful and offer great advice too. I have recommended to lots of my friends.
