Fast easy to use website
Website is easy to navigate and orders are completed quickly. Email notifications for orders have all the details they should and items ordered arrive well packaged and in only a few days from date ordered. Will use again in future for my medication needs.

A mix-up put right
There was a mix-up with my orders which were not received after several days. When I contacted DIMEC by email, I had an immediate response, and the items were re-sent the next day.
