I purchased a bracelet for my wife and found that the links came apart almost immediately. Dinny Hall said that they could inspect and potentially repair or replace it. When I pointed out that I had returned from London to Australia, they simply mailed me a replacement. GREAT customer service, many thanks!
Excellent customer service - lost earring
I contacted Dinny Hall about a lost earring. They got back to me really quickly asking for a photo of the remaining earring to make sure they had a match. I then received a link to order a single earring and a code for 20% off. Really helpful and excellent customer service.
Top-notch customer service
I've had to contact Dinny Hall customer service and both times the communication was quick and effective, and my needs were resolved promptly.
The first time was that I needed a ring-resizing expedited, and then also partially refunding an order after I had failed to enter a discount code.
Simply the best
I needed help with picking a wedding band and I received the most incredible customer service from the teams in the Islington and Covent Garden shops. They really went above and beyond to help me, and made the whole experience seamless. Dinny Hall now have a fan for life and I'll be back again (particularly for that instore experience) - Thank you!
Lovely items and prompt delivery
Lovely items and prompt delivery. The small rose cut topaz pendant is particularly delicate and pretty.
Dinny Hall don't honour credit notes
My wife was kindly bought a gift by her work colleagues at The NHS, unfortunately it was not suitable and Lisa returned the gift and received a credit note for £400.
Lisa repeatedly called into the Marylebone shop to pick something more suitable, unfortunately on each occasion she didn't see anything and didn't want to waste such a large amount of money.
Lisa was repeatedly reassured by the lady in the shop the credit was open ended.
How disappointed we were when we called in last week and found a lovely pair of earrings only to be told Dinny Hall would not honour the credit note as time had lapsed 😳
£400 may not be a lot of money to Dinny Hall but it most certainly is to us, I hope they enjoy taking this money from my wife, and I will never step foot in their shops again.

A company that cares about after sales service
Dinny Hall is a company with excellent customer service. They have now repaired an item that I purchased with them twice, at their own cost. Not only that, but with the most recent repair they came up with an innovative solution to solve the problem permanently. They also paid for shipping in both directions. The customer service person that I dealt with was always patient, pleasant and efficient. It’s a nice change to experience such positive customer care.
Superb customer service
I purchased a necklace as a gift for my family member, but it broke in just a month. I contacted the customer service via email which Timi was extremely helpful and provided prompt assistance. She arranged for an exchange as the product was still under warranty.
Though I was quite disappointed that the necklace broke in such a short amount of time, but customer service superb.

Excellent Customer Service
I have purchased numerous Dinny Hall items for my daughter and myself over the years but recently I had an issue with a pair of earrings and contacted Customer Service. They dealt with my query very quickly and efficiently and I am delighted with the outcome. First class customer service.
What was supposed to be a special experience wasn’t.
I honestly do not ever write reviews but I feel so disappointed with an experience that should have been special and ended with disappointment from purchasing from Dinny Hall. My purchase was meant to be special, a 50th birthday present which was expensive. I was excited today to collect my rings after a delay and when we arrived at the store, the sales person couldn’t even muster a smile or warm welcome, immediately my special occasion felt not so special. I had this experience twice once when purchasing the jewellery and then collecting it. My husband wanted to call and cancel the order after the first visit but I loved the jewellery so went ahead and excused the sales persons lack of energy and zero enthusiasm as them maybe having a bad day, this wasn’t the case. I love my piece of jewellery but I did not love the experience of choosing and collecting it. I wasn’t given a box for my Jewellery, I did wear it out of the shop but had no little box to put it in if I take it off. Just poor really, I won’t purchase again from Dinny Hall.

Blown away by the fantastic Customer Service
I wanted to buy a gift and had no idea what to get, the online help in the chat box was spot on. and was a real person unlike so many ‘bot’ operated pop up chat help boxes you get at other companies. The agent went above and beyond to help - even sending me a picture of the necklace I was interested in looked like on a person within a matter of 5 minutes.
Got loads of great suggestions, found the perfect gift, shipped for free by Royal Mail. I got regular updates as to when the package was arriving - they used a sensible courrier in Royal Mail rather than Hermes/Evri most companies use which may be cheaper but has dreadful service and never arrives on time.
Speedy delivery.
Utterly faultless service. Will definitely be shopping here again. Thank you Dinny Hall people!
Excellent customer service
I find the designs minimalist and elegant, quite unique really. I can't say the materials are particularly solid but can't say the opposite either.
What I have really been impressed with is the customer support.
I emailed DinnyHall when I lost one of my earrings on a night out and they offered to send me a replacement for free very promptly.
Just splendid, I shall continue to support them.
On my third set of replacements.
I ordered two necklaces from Dinny hall. The first set arrived tarnished and had to be returned. Then after getting the new ones after one week (where I kept them in the bag when not using) one fell apart and had to be returned. I'm now on the third set. It's just terrible quality, especially for the money.
