I bought my son a gaming pc, for his birthday, a friend of mine recommended Dino pc, I'm glad they did, the pc was delivered a few days after I ordered it, I did have to phone the tech guys, as I'm no computer expert, so the tech guys were absolute stars. Highly recommended.

I bought a Liyama AOC E2470SWDA 23.6" Full HD Monitor on the 4th June and it arrived within 5 days. Great price, great item, very pleased with it for our office. Nice size screen with speakers. So pleased in fact, that I bought a similar one, Liyama Pro Lite B2483HS-B3 - 24", 1920x1080, 75Hz, 1ms, TN with a better resolution for my gaming mad son. Arrived within 5 days, again very pleased. Overall good service and GREAT PRICES. Will use again.

I have customized pc for myself back in 2013, I didn't want to pay for assembly, I didn't want to pay for shipping and I didn't want to wait 2 weeks so I just decided to try my luck and see if I can collect bits myself. It was back when you guys had your warehouse in trading estate somewhere around Northern line underground line. I don't know exactly where it was as even Google didn't care for storing our location history back then. I had to call guys for direction 3 or 4 times because that trading estate was confusing. When I got to warehouse I was kindly welcomed by everyone (I'm assuming having customers in warehouse wasn't everyday occurrence) people were standing from their desk just to chat or show me around, it was very fun experience and I believe I stayed there for over hour :) fast forward to few weeks ago I decided to give you guys another shot. It was my little brother birthday and he wanted gaming pc for ever. Understandably situation with silicone shortage is not great time to build/buy pc but I decided to go with White comet as it's coming with okay gpu which can be upgraded when you market come back to normal. Pc was great value, delivered quickly, absolutely nothing to complain about.

I'm definitely using Dino pc for all my future purchases

I ordered a rtx 3080 tuf oc in November 2020 for £799 but they weren't in stock i was in the queue for over 6 months and finally received an voicemail which told me due to they're supplier raising prices I would have to pay a further 500 pound in order to receive my 3080 which I did pay as it was either that or receive a refund of the £799 I'd already paid which would leave me in the same situation as I was in in November . I understand the gpu shortage problem but was it really necessary to pass on every bit of cost and squeeze some profit out of your customers when other retailers aren't even charging as much as that to begin with . Overall terrible experience only good thing was the delivery which was quick once I'd had that extra money squeezed
out of me .

Good quality service. On time. Recommended!

Ordered the tarchia r5 and as expected a smart looking machine turned up next day. Set it up and being a tech numpty couldn't get the monitor to work. Phoned their helpline and was answered straight away(that never happens) 2 mins later with their help I was up and running. Great machine and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Pre-ordered my 3080 and 5900x from DinoPC. Despite the long wait because of the stock shortages they were super helpful and were always happy to provide updates and everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful!

No issues, really well priced. Everything that should've been installed was ready, all remaining additional cables and discs were all together in box. For a prebuild this was great value and is working beautifully.

Arrived superfast, way before the estimated arrival.

Helpful staff, good service, had a problem with my new computer which they were very quick to try and resolve by phone but had to return to be inspected by engineer, computer collected next day and now just waiting for it to be returned when problem solved.

Bought a PC on Thursday morning around 00:12am and I got it Friday 8:45 roughly, opened the box, plugged it in and it was ready to go, absolutely beautiful pc and I will definitely be ordering again if I ever need a new pc
