Amazing. No more 3am wake ups!!!

Grounded has made me feel calmer and ready to face the day.

I have been taking DIOME for about a year now. I have never slept so well. If I’m woken up in the night or wake early in the morning I can get back to sleep. It really is a life changer and improver for me,

Product good customer support not so much.

Thank you for the response to my review. Needless to say what prompted the low rating of the Diome support function was the lack of any response to my emails on 16/9 and three days later.
I cancelled my subscription on 23/9.

I honestly didn’t expect Rested by Diome to make such a noticeable difference to my sleep, but it has truly transformed it.

I’ve been living with Long Covid and chronic health issues for some time, and getting my sleep optimised has been incredibly difficult. I had tried so many different things, but despite my best efforts, I just couldn’t seem to get my sleep where I wanted it to be.

Since starting Rested, something has changed — and the difference isn’t just how I feel, it’s measurable in my Oura Ring data.

My sleep score has gone from 69 (Fair) to 89 (Optimal) — a 20-point improvement. My total sleep has increased from 6h 41m to 7h 46m, sleep efficiency has improved from 76% to 85%, and my deep sleep has increased from 47 minutes to 1h 21 minutes.

For someone dealing with chronic health challenges, those changes are incredibly meaningful.

What I particularly love is that I can actually see the improvement reflected in the data. It’s not simply a case of “I think I’m sleeping better” — my Oura Ring is showing me that my sleep really has improved.

After struggling for so long to optimise my sleep, finding something that has made such a tangible difference has been genuinely amazing. Rested has been a game changer for me, and I’m so grateful I found it.

I experienced nightmares. The tablets did not improve my sleep. I never had nightmares before until l started taking DIOME.

After trying this very expensive product for 3 months I had no lasting improvement in sleep so stopped using it. I really hoped it would work, and would gladly have borne the cost if it did, but it simply didn't.

Diome requested a review from me but they have not published it on their website. I strongly suspect that the very large number of 5* reviews they have posted are far from representative.

A product that has fully changed my routine and my overall energy levels for the better.

I travel a lot so my sleep schedule is not always ideal with time zone changes and long flights, making it hard to actually fall asleep. After I started taking Rested, I was able to relax and sleep the hours I needed, no matter what time zone I was in.

Diome Rested worked well for me when my sleep was disrupted. My Garmin watch sleep score visibly improved after using it, and I felt more rested. Solid product.

I just sat down to take Rested before my night routine. And after a long few days of pain, stress, and emotional stress. I remembered Grounded is coming out. I got so excited to see how well it works after seeing the results of Rested!

Rested regulated my sleep in a way I couldn’t imagine possible. The last few weeks would have taken a harsher toll had I not gotten the sleep I needed. I had taken melatonin for years, but it wasn’t a solution. I had to give myself 9 hours of sleep or I would wake up groggy, and sometimes anxious. Other times I wouldn’t take it at all and not get any sleep because I didn’t have a full 9 hours. I’ve never felt like that with Rested! Waking the next day is so easy!

I tried the product and i am really impressed by the quality and consistency of my sleep. Super recommended!

DIOME is a bedside staple, essential for restful sleep. Been using it for almost a year and it's become part of my daily sleep routine.

These Diome sleeping tablets are a total scam! I never write reviews but both nights I took these I slept terribly. One v quick google search tells you that B vitamins (which it supposedly has in abundance) give your energy and are therefore 'not recommended at night'. They were £60 and I do not want anyone else to waste their money on this product.

With two young kids and a really unpredictable schedule, sleep is often the first thing to suffer.

Diome has honestly been a game changer for me. Even when I don’t get enough sleep, I feel like I’m getting the most out of the sleep I do get.

It helps me optimize my rest in a way that actually fits my lifestyle.

I love it and keep repurchasing, definitely recommend.
