We have used Direct Express (TPN) for well over a year now, we use them up to 4 times a week to pick up roughly 1-10 pallets. The service is fantastic, and have always helped out when in need. Thank you All from Specialist Engineering Plastics.

The Nottingham team are exceptional . I use them as my next day courier service for my website orders. They go out of their way to make sure everything is right for my orders. When my customer receives a parcel , the courier who delivered it is part of that experience , and so it’s so important that my brand experience is right from ordering to receiving the goods. thank you Nottingham team for all you do

I had a very good experience with Abbey from Nottingham APC who went to extraordinary measures to help me with setting up my account and placing my first order. She reassured me during the process to help me pick the correct shipping methods and I couldn't be more grateful for this.

I have called APC customers services everyday for a week (an APC van pulled up at my house Monday and didn’t bother to attempt to even get out the van to try to knock on my door to deliver and just drove off) to be told 5 times that my order would be out for delivery on that day to then be told the following day it was not sent out. 5 days later everyday given the same excuse I have asked to collect the parcel myself as they clearly can’t be bothered to try and deliver my parcel themselves. I need to drive to the Thorne depot 40 mins away from my house to collect a parcel that should be delivered to me. No opening hours anywhere on google and when calling the number it takes me to apc customer services who I have spoken to all week and not the actual depot I need to speak to. Not happy one bit!!!!!
