Very weird . Got a bike from here a couple years ago . Had no issues : was delivered in a couple of days . Ordered spare parts as things have worn down since and I have received nothing for 4 weeks and can’t make contact

Ordered over 13 days ago, item not received and no way of contacting the seller. This is a scam site, I have asked my card company for a chargeback.

Just a diabolical company ordered from them a week ago payed via credit card, still waiting for delivery they don't answer the phone or reply to emails just scammers don't order anything from these cris

So i orderd a dirtbike from dirtbikesdirect for next day delivery and been waiting 3 days if its still not here by tomorow i will be damanding a refund and after seeing the other reviews i am pretty sure i have been scammed don't use dirtbikesdirect

PLACE IS A JOKE Ordered bike for my son paid extra for 24hr delivery still haven't received it or returned any of my emails . It you have a number for this company can some please share with me

Bought 2 crash helmets as Christmas gifts for my Grandsons aged 5 and 3. These were ordered on 2nd December 2023 and advised on email I would be contacted when out for delivery. Nothing heard for 2 weeks even though advised 3 to 5 days. Located a phone number and made contact, I was advised this was a courier problem and I was to be refunded. Now 26th of December and no money returned to my account. Please read the reviews before even considering purchasing from this company.

Do NOT order from this company. 3 weeks still no purchase. No tracking order no nothing. Emails keep getting returned. Joke of a company.

Ordered a wulf helmet for my sons Christmas. Did not receive any updates, tracking etc. Phoned them up, to be told, they can't get the tracking and that's the item may have got lost in transit. I was given a refund as they didn't have anymore in the size needed. Week later after searching the Web, I noticed they were back in stock. So I phoned them to confirm that they had one. He told me they had one avaible. I asked if I paid express delivery how soon would I receive it. This was on a, Thursday, he said you will get it Saturday. Suprise, suprise.... It didn't turn up. So I phoned on the Monday, and was told the information I was given was wrong. Apparently items, were being sent out that day ( Monday) again I asked how soon would I get it. He said between 48-72 hours. I asked for a tracking number and he said he will email the tracking number to me... Nope, no tracking number emailed!
I left it four days.
Today,i phoned up and explained that I'm still waiting for my order, or tracking number which was promised! He said he hadn't spoken to me, which was clearly a lie, because I remember speaking to him many times!!
He told me to ring back in 30-60 minutes, so he can email the relevant "department" to find out what's happening. Telling me that he can't phone them????
I left it 30 minutes, then when I got through to them again the guy said he hadnt heard back from them yet he also said he's not sure if it's been sent out. Which baffled me, as they told me on two seperate occasions that it HAD been dispatched. Enough was enough... So I asked for a refund.
Absolutely shocking company.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would.!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY as you will be continually ignored or given a range of excuses as to why you haven't received your order! I ordered my son's bike middle of November to be delivered first week of December. I still haven't received it! Been given false information... No tracking number and the courier they supposedly used have no details of the company!! Absolute COWBOY COMPANY! Avoid at all costs!!

Honestly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with, paid for a dirt bike for my sons Xmas present with next day delivery. Surprise Surprise nothing arrived well over a week later still nothing. 2 emails 3 messages and many phone calls later ignored!
Answered the first time to tell me I would get an email tomorrow and nothing again, obviously blocked me after that!
Wish I had read all these reviews first.

Do not buy from.this company paid for a kids quad for a birthday present paid xtra for 24 hour delivery rand next day to inquire about delivery was then told would tske over a week to be delivered ask why this wasn't on the Web page was informed it was to hard to change the w4 hour section so basically false advertising just to get your money and not interested in the customer service shocking keep away

I would advise against buying a bike from this company ESPECIALLY if your looking to buy for Xmas.

Ordered a bike for my sons birthday on the 23rd September.
Paid extra for 24hr delivery.

The bike just arrived 5 weeks later.

No reply from emails, the phone is a con number.

I’ve built the bike, it looks good, fingers crossed it runs smoothly because there is no way this company will help.
You can’t even get in touch with them!

The worst product available wouldn’t start when I got it then had to take it to a bike mechanic then he got it working, used it twice more then stoped working again just got it back out after 6 months to fix it and the pull start broke

From start the start just AWFUL. Bought a mini dirt bike for my son for Christmas and it has never worked. Bought early due to Xmas so sat unopened untill Xmas day and then never worked we were within the warranty days but due to then being shut over Xmas so when they reopened and got in touch we were out of the warranty days but were advised they would help support us in fixing the issue. Communication has been disgraceful. We have sent everything they have asked for and have now had no contact or help in resolving the matter nearly 3 months down the line. My sons Christmas was ruined now left with a none working back and they have done nothing to really help resolve the matter. Will definitely be taking it further as this service is unacceptable

I bought my son a bike for Christmas it never turned up until the middle of January. The bike has never started we got in touch with them they kept sending parts out for us to replace at iur own cost and the bike still doesn’t start. I keep trying to get in touch with the company with no avail. They don’t even reply to emails either. DISGUSTING COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM

Sold me a damaged bike when I as finally able to use it with my young child the breaks were damaged and snapped metal part of the breaks causing it to be dangerous as well as pets falling off the ….They clearly are scum of the earth to allow a child’s Christmas present to be dangerous AVOID AT ALL COST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Awful experience purchased a bike for my son for Christmas never been ridden so many faults petrol leaking everywhere customer service I Awful avoid at all costs

Happy to take your money but when you want spare parts just tell websites to look on for what you want only got the bikes a Christmas
