2nd time I have used this service and its worth the weight in gold. Caroline helped and filled in my daughters form going from dla to pip. Caroline was helpful, patient and friendly and took the stress away. Was happy with the outcome.

I used this service for my pip review Caroline helped me with my forms i had a telephone appointment to complete the form and received copies of it next day for me to check threw and post to pip the information given was so helpful and took all the stress away i received my decision after a few weeks and kept my award which was great news and without having to have any other assessments i cant thank disability forms uk enough i will be making a donation to help these volunteers help many more people like me

Excellent service, compassionate staff, and very well completed form by Caroline received the day after the appointment. Highly recommended service.

Both me and a friend used this charity for PIP forms.

My form was okay, but not completed to a high standard and did not really reflect the information I gave to the person on the phone. She did not understand my disabilities to the extent required to accurately express my difficulties. There were also many grammatical and spelling errors which for £88 is disappointing.

My friend’s form was completed to a very poor standard - it lacked detail throughout and in parts was barely even readable due to grammatical and spelling errors.

When we complained and requested at least a partial refund, we were met with nothing but defensiveness and complete denial of any wrongdoing (and still have not been given a refund). Would not recommend.

edit: we have now been granted a refund, after my review & phoning both of us (which, had they filled out our forms to a correct standard would know that is very inappropriate and distressing). rude and ignorant people. still do not reccomend.

PIP forms of two of my friends were completed to a low standard with a lack of reference to conditions and a lack of detail. Response to complaint has been very defensive and a refund has been refused. Would not recommend.
