I know prices have gone up but we've gotten the highest bills we've ever had through the whole year.

Switched and won't go back. Prices are absurd.

This company has gone from bad to worse. Almost Every other month they are hitting me with all kinds of fees. My AI called it double stacking penalties and fees. I had to replace my bankcard due to my bankcard being stolen and I had to wait on my bankcard and it caused me to be late on my payments and they hit me with late fees on the same day. When I called them about it, they were very non caring. Luckily I am close to the end of my contract because the quicker I can say Hasta La Vista to this company the better. I found another company Ill be switching over to who has better rates and better customer service. I go over to them next week!

The all time worse power company I ever used. Did not get the contract I signed up for. was all a lie To get me signed on. Talk to a representative about it and they acted stupid that they didn't know What was going on! There was nothing I could do. But change companies and pay the. Breach of contract fee Which will be well worth it..

I had Value Power, they sold out to Discount Power and switched me mid-month. Rate didn’t change but they charged me a Monthly Base charge from both Value and Discount Power for the month of December. If they did this to all Value Power customer’s they could possibly have ripped off several Hundred Thousand Dollars. What a scam!!!

Bad Service. Rate is cheaper on Website but charge more. Really disappointed with service and fee charge and also customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. My power company SW&L sold my account to Discount and I had absolutely no idea until my power was shut off this morning. Apparently, they sold my account and I did not receive any sort of communication from Discount Power (I did a deep dive into my deleted messages, spam, missed phone calls and voicemails. Nothing!) So I call to pay the past due amount and let the agent know I'll be switching service as soon as humanly possible and they have the gall to charge me a disconnection fee of $125 even though I do not have a contract with this company. In reading other reviews on BBB and Google they turn people over to collections. I'll gladly pay the $125 to be rid of this unscrupulous company but not before letting as many people as I can know to stay far away.
