After approaching many local bathroom companies to quote for renovationing a small downstairs shower room - many with ridiculous exorbitant quotes, others who booked and failed to turn up, some turned up but we never heard from them again. So, we were delighted when a very well prepared salesman from DKB turned up and gave a thorough professional assessment of what was needed to give us exactly what we wanted and best suited our needs. We next visited the well stocked DKB showroom to finalise all fittings and fixtures and signed on the dotted line. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and standard of the finish - the space has been utterly transformed. The team of expert fitter, Steven, Mark, Russell and Robert function like a well oiled machine and everything fell into place over a few days. Credit where credit is due and you'll be hard pushed to find better, more reliable and masters of their trades. They were top class as well as being lovely blokes with a great sense of humour. There were a couple of teething issues with the delivery of all the fittings but the issue was dealt with quickly and we were kept fully informed by Steven. If you are looking for a quality bathroom refit at a discounted price I would highly recommend DKB to you.

In summary, outstanding quality and workmanship, and I am 100% satisfied (start to finish) with the installation of a combined shower room / utility room. My usual contractors have retired and I heard about DKB, met Steve at my flat and was comfortable from first meeting, that I had selected the right contractor. Personally for me, it about quality and support, I cannot fault this and already looking at next phase. I have found my new contractor for sure. Thanks to both Steves, Jackie, David, John, and Russell for a job well done.

had my bathroom completed by DKB so happy with the finished product guy started on the Monday and finished on the Friday. Cleaned up after themselves everyday. All ready booked my kitchen in with them highly recommend

Steve helped design a bathroom and kitchen around my mother in laws needs , fantastic service all throughout . John the fitter has done a great job and went above and beyond with the workmanship.

I have used this company in past for my own kitchen and bathroom.
They recently installed new kitchen to my mum home, they arrived on time and completed kitchen within timescale discussed.
Water was disconnected due to installing new sink taps etc ,this was explained to myself and mum .
Stephen was available throughout process when contacted , he usually called back that day if out of office .

Excellent job completed by the DKB team.

I was looking for a local company to complete my kitchen, bathroom, and en-suite.

After dealing with 5 companies to quote I decided to go with DKB.

This company was the only company who made positive and wise changes to my kitchen and bathroom rather than just trying to replace like for like.

The only downside was having to wait what I felt was quite a while for my installation, however I guess I had to be patient of if I wanted the best.

Excellent quality of materials, friendly and professional fitter’s, and job completed in a reasonably time.

I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone looking for a kitchen or bathroom.

Just something to think about though, then don’t offer finance, I get not everyone needs it but I did. So I had to go to my bank for a personal loan which is cheaper than finance anyway.

Got to pick from a nice range of Porcelanosa tiles and stunning taps.

The previous 2 reviews were not left by the customer directly but by concerned family members . Although not directly written by 86 year olds everything stated is accurate. Note all previous reviews do not mention the fitter my parents were allocated nor the issue of value for money. 1 does refer to delay in completion which was experienced by my parents - over 1 week with no water in very small kitchen job. Thought remain would not advise using this company.

Since I can’t reply to my own review and DKB want to claim they are false and malicious, I’ll set the record straight. Neither me or my partner are customers of DKB nor would we ever be. My grandmother (as stated in the review) was their customer and they know exactly who we are since it’s myself Mr Steve Crosbie, Managing Director of the company was dealing with. Just had my kitchen fully fitted and redesigned by DKB Lanarkshire. I couldn't be happier, the quality of the units, appliances and my little fancy extras I asked for are excellent. The workmanship of Tom was above and beyond, he worked from 8 till tea time every day. Steve designed the layout, and suggested things that would make our lives easier as we get older. Excellent service, excellent company would recommend to anyone .

I employed this company to do some work on my kitchen. The level of the professional care from start to finish was quite exceptional. As well as considering what I initially thought I required they offered me an alternative that I hadn’t considered. Not only was their suggestion so much better than my own, they saved me a considerable amount of money in the process. I would highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation in commissioning them again for work in my home.

Recently got my kitchen and bathroom done by these guys and what an amazing job they done . The quality of the workmanship is brilliant. A massive thx to Steven for the bathroom and Danny for the kitchen , My kitchen and bathroom both turned out amazing, Would recommend this company in a heartbeat .

Going from a 40 year old kitchen, to a brand new Kitchen needed a hand to get advice, after speaking to Steve of Discount Bathroom Kitchen, it was easier than us old pensioners thought. Five stars for our joinet John, he was a bit longer but worth the wait. Everything spot on. I would highly recommend

I had a small cramped Bathroom previously and DKB has now created a decent sized elegant shower room. The DKB designer (David)optimised the limited space available to give me the max space to move around in and the fitter (John) fitted the new shower, toilet, wet wall, towel radiator and LED mirror to a very high standard with great attention to detail tailored to my preferences. The work started and completed to plan I am very happy and can't find fault with the finished product and would recommend

From start to finish Steve’s service was excellent. Great knowledge of products and design ideas really helped. Installed quickly and everything left clean and tidy.

A flexipipe was fitted as a waste pipe,not suitable for purpose and after 20 months the pipe shredded and caused considerable damage to my neighbours property.DKB by email refused to accept any responsibility ,refused to discuss on the phone and finally after my persistence Steve Crosbie threatened me if I called at his showroom.Customer service nil.I have now noticed DKB’s reply to my review which is total fabrication because Steve Crosbie would not interact and courteously discuss a problem his firm caused.Initially at the leak the source was not obvious and an investigative plumber was followed by an insurance plumber to fix the problem then provided a report and pictures to DKB confirming the flexipipe was shredded and a solid pipe should have been in place originally ,highlighting their fault.DKB at no time portrayed any level of customer service and would only communicate by email, and when I suggested calling at the showroom they called the police who suggested I took out a civil claim against this firm

NEW EN-SUITE FROM NOTHING....
We would like to thank Steve and his team for everything they have done to give us our brand new en-suite. All the way throughout the design process, ordering, delivery and fitting everyone has been brilliant.
The fitting Team of Ross and his brother Craig were outstanding, they were so hardworking and dedicated to ensuring a perfect finish for our en-suite. Any snags or issues that arose throughout the build were dealt with promptly.

So pleased with my bathrooms. Steve gave me countless hours with the design process and showed such patience with my indecisiveness. This project was a brand new build and Steve even came out on site to make sure everything was there and allocated to the correct place. Steve's team were always extremely helpful and nothing was an inconvenience.
The products are absolutely beautiful and of such high quality. I could not be happier.

The guys were very hard working, tolerated my old dog appointing himself as project manager and wandering in to inspect what they were doing, and made a great job of the bathroom which needed a lot of remedial work as well as refurbishing. We’re very happy with the finished work and would recommend !
