I have been passed from pillar to post, every time I email my case worker she replied with an email to say she is not in until the following week, this has happened multiple times. I'm over 3 years in and this process is becoming more traumatic than the accident. There are items I need like a mobility scooter and bathroom adjustments which the compensation would go towards but I'm left in the dark almost all the way.

This is the most unprofessional and most useless legal services I have come across in my life. They donât respond and they have decisions made up by themselves at their whims and fancies. My case has been dragging for a year now. And itâs paltry £216 they are arguing on. Loss of work ⊠no no. It feels like they are representing the other party. I should have gone to Neil Hudgell and they would have done the best job for me. Utterly useless and unprofessional people.
