Throughout this process of which I have no previous experience of, I have received regular updates throughout and have been treated with respect when on occasions I have had to ask for clarification of the information sent.
My case handler Elissa has been efficient, supportive and promptly responsive from beginning to end - a credit to the legal team.

Nana, my case handler has been absolutely brilliant, has kept me informed of any developments and acted in a very professional manner. She inherited the case very late on and managed to bring everything to a successful conclusion. Also made me feel at ease to what had been a very stressful time.

I spoke with Mark Kinsey from DLG Legal Services regarding my accident, and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received.

From the very beginning, Mark was calm, patient, and extremely professional. He took the time to go through the initial accident questionnaire with me thoroughly, explaining each part clearly and in plain English, which made everything easy to understand and far less overwhelming.

I am currently feeling very anxious following the accident, and Mark showed genuine understanding and empathy throughout the call. He never rushed me, listened carefully, and made sure I felt reassured and supported at every stage. His manner was warm, respectful, and reassuring, which made a huge difference to how I felt during what could have been a very stressful conversation.

Mark explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions in detail, and ensured I fully understood what would happen next. He made a complicated situation feel organised, manageable, and under control, which gave me real peace of mind.

I have been waiting for a response from DLG Legal. I call them and they say they will look at the claim and then contact me. I have continually called them and get the same answer every time with no return email or call. Poor service and communication. Still no nearer and 10 months down the line

Following a car accident in November 2023 my claim was handled by Melissa. Always professional and contactable with any questions I had. The whole process has taken over 2 years to get to court. Although frustrating, these delays were not due to DLG but the defendants insurance company and red tape etc. Just happy that justice was served in the end and I can move on. Can't thank Melissa enough for her help in resolving this stressful situation.

Sabina in the office was very very helpful and Alex the Barrister was very professional. Alex and myself had a meeting just before the Court Hearing and everything ran efficiently as possible to the point where we won the case.

As the Legal Representative of a Driver involved in a collision with a pedestrian who is their Client, claiming Personal Injuries Compensation from my Client’s Insurers, I contacted this Claims company asking for the actual Claim. That took 6 months to arrive, and once set against evidence that indicated possible Accident Scam, fraudulent Insurance Claim and the total absence of any proof of injuries, J.M. had the nerve to ask ME to provide them with the dashcam footage, since their Client had not provided it , nor any Medical/ Injuries evidence to support their Clients case! I obliged. The immediate response from J.M. was stunning; “ Anyone watching that 54 second dashcam footage will immediately agree that our Client was the victim 100% in this case & we will be acting for him in his PIC “! At that time their Client had not IN FACT submitted a Claim Form, or any evidence of the “ Accident” which had occurred 6 months beforehand. Amazing. We insisted sight of the Claim Form and evidence in support of it, ( as did our Client’s Insurance company), and eventually 7 months after the “ Accident” received a Claim Form - seriously making false and wholly unsupported claims of serious injuries, medical procedures, time off work, inability to drive because of injuries etc etc. Our Client’s Insurance company requested a Medical Assessment of their Client. No response. To date, after 8 months since the “ Accidents”, no further communication from the Claims company or their Client has been received by us, or by our Client’s Insurance company. J.M. incredibly unprofessional and unsubstantiated response and summary judgment of the Claim, remains the only communication from this company. Meanwhile, the statutory charge of Driving Without Due Care & Attention, brought against my Client by the RTC Police, and a Court date, have been put on hold, pending further Police and Insurance Investigators investigations. In all my 27 yrs as a Paralegal I have never met with such unprofessional practice as demonstrated by DLG’s dubious J.M.

I have been close to people who have used legal service companies in respect of claims, and have seen them have a range of experiences. I'm happy to say that my experience with DLG has been top notch and I'm glad that I followed the recommendation for them from my insurers following a car accident. The initial consultation felt thorough and complete, with the advisors being bright, capable and kind. The status and progress of my claim has always been easy to access and I have never had to chase for any information or for any steps to be taken. I have felt attended to at all times and responses to my queries have been prompt, complete and considered. All of the staff that I've encountered have been great but, in particular, Rose, who has managed my case has been superb. I did not necessarily expect to have a single point of contact with a big company for a RTA claim, but it has made a huge amount of difference. Rose has been attentive, professional and has made me feel confident that my case has been given its best chance of the result it deserves. I would absolutely recommend DLG to anybody searching for a company or who have received DLG as a suggestion from their insurers.
