This service has been great. 4 business day turn around. Prompt email reply’s. The only downfall was the online job status did not change from received until the job as complete.

Very easy to deal with for a first time customer, will definitely be using the service again.

I order a kit 3 weeks ago and I still hadn't recieved it. They are located in Melbourne and im in Sydney.
I called up 3 times to check if had been sent.
I give them credit for picking up and talking with me. They assured me they would send another one but they wanted to charge me for express so I can obtain tracking.

We'll see if I receive the sent order but for now ill just have to take the lady on the phones word that a 2nd has been sent out.

Im disappointed. If you need a kit prompt. Id suggest getting it from somewhere else

Very professional in all areas. Kept up to date with the process, answered all questions when I called. Sent results quickly This is the 6th or 7th time I have used DNA Solutions and I am always happy.

Very easy way to test Birds sex, and quick results

I contacted DNA Solutions to organise a DNA sample and analysis from a recently deceased person (to help identify legal descendents). The person I spoke to at DNA Solutions promised to send me paperwork to complete - nothing arrived. No follow-up. The 2nd person I spoke promised to follow-up. Again, nothing. The 3rd person I spoke to (a Director of the company) did follow-up and I provided all the information required to take a sample (name of deceased, name of funeral director, location etc). They took a sample on the day organised with the funeral directors and informed me when the job was completed. BUT they took the sample from the wrong person - which I didn't know until I received an invoice, which included the name of a stranger. When I pointed this out, DNA Solutions did not respond. NO APOLOGY. NOTHING. I followed with them, but again no response, no apology. Appalling service.

J'ai commandé un test il y a 20 jours je n'ai rien reçu. J'ai écrit au service client je n'ai aucune réponse depuis. Je n'ai même pas reçu ma confirmation de commande pourtant j'ai bien été prélevé de 250 €

Again I’ve received the job report in an email but no DNA cards.
This happens every time now.
These last birds I had DNA’d were listed as payment pending to and I had to call up to find out why, in the meantime the DNA tests weren’t being done because someone never marked the job as paid.
I have since made an account with a dna testing company in WA, so if the next dna test I need done go south I’ll use the WA company from then on.
