We had several ill-fitting UPVC windows and doors throughout the house and Dave swiftly diagnosed the repairs required on his initial visit. He communicated with email or WhatsApp messages which were always prompt and clear, including DNK's quotation for the job. Dave fitted the hinges, handles or locks quickly and efficiently and adjusted windows and doors as necessary. He explained each aspect of the work which he did neat and tidily. Invoicing and payment was equally prompt and efficient by email and exactly as quoted. Dave was also very courteous and friendly throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending DNK Services for the repair and maintenance of household windows and doors.

Dave is an absolute star! Here I was, all set to replace the entire front door and brace for the financial hit, but Dave, with his honesty and expertise, simply repaired it instead. Doors fitted without fuss and excellent advice given on the values of all parts. Fitting on the day was fast and efficient. A defect on a custom glass was noted by Dave and pointed out and then replaced without being asked.

I normally replace failed double glazed units, but also fit upvc panels when the need arises and I have always used DNK.

Communication is good, packaging for delivery is comprehensive and over the 12 years I have ordered from them, I have always been really happy with the service.

Dave was extremely helpful from start to finish. He helped me pick perfect utility & back doors that matched my kitchen. We also got 7 misty windows replaced - all for a great price, especially for the quality and hard work Dave puts in. He also fixed our porch door that had dropped.

The panel was exactly as we expected - cut perfectly to the size we requested.
It has totally transformed the look of our house, being a modern style.
We asked for dimensions of the glass and received a quick and accurate response.
Packaging was good and delivery was well communicated and on time, although it was left balanced against a fence despite me leaving a note requesting it to be laid flat on the drive.
