I am visiting Dublin, staying in a nearby hotel. I bought distilled water for £18 for a medical condition, which I later found out was not going to help. Upon returning with my recepit the next day, they REFUSED a cash refund! Absolutely rubbish! I was forced to buy something else or lose my money. Since when do you not have the right to a cash refund? To the store owner, Grainne O'Grady, was your £18 so precious to you, to forgo your customer's rights, when returning a product that would not help a medical condition visiting your city? Shame on you.

Ordered an important product from another pharmacy that wasn't sent for 3 weeks. It was out of stock everywhere else except for at Dock pharmacy. I called them and they confirmed they had it in stock ready to be shipped. Placed the order, and it arrived 2 days later. Thank you!

Iâd been using Dock Pharmacy for Yellox for my dog that has had cataract surgery. For over a year they were happy to accept prescriptions in pdf format in an email or a printed copy. Now they have asked for a wet signed original. The Edinburgh Vet school only provide pdf copies of prescriptions.
For 3 weeks Iâve been trying to get my money back and they just ignore my emails.
Do not buy from Dock Pharmacy.

These guys have been amazing for me in the care of our little old tomcat Roary. Communication from Julie and the crew has been superb. Attitude to help me was totally genuine and turned a tricky situation with meds for him into a happy outcome. I see bad reviews but can only comment on my own experience. Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace.
Ordered a control solution for my diabetes monitor to calibrate it. The solution would not work and 13 test strips later it was still saying error. I tried my blood all was fine. Clearly a fake or misrepresented product. Emailed and rang with no response at all from anyone.
You can imagine the consequences of having incorrect blood sugar readings. A control solution that does not work is useless at best and dangerous at worst.

Placed order online ordering an item they advertised. Posted original prescription as directed.
Had confirmation the prescription was received the next day and the order was being processed.
Then had an email cancelling order with no explanation.
They did credit the money back but when I requested my prescription back I had no reply or prescription.
I would never use them again. Having a website doesn't make an online trader. There's more to it that taking a payment from a customer for medication.

I order an item online, paid in full. Next day they sent an email asking for my prescription. Responded saying I didnât have a prescription, which I stated when ordering, but if they canât supply the item then please refund me. Took them 3 days to respond saying they are able to charge a 10% admin fee. This is unlawful as they didnât supply the item ordered. They are just out to make money for themselves as extra income. Do not use them.

Be warned and shop around. Astonishing prices! I found the product I needed priced at over £14 at Dockpharmacy.com . It was £2.05 for the same product contents elsewhere!!
Bad customer service...go elsewhere.
I just phoned to ask if they had something in stock as I am struggling to get hold of the product. The lady proceeded to shout at me when i asked what other brands she had in stock so i could get my GP to prescribe that brand, telling me i should have asked my pharmacy. I explained my pharmacy didn't have any other brand in stock but she shouted over me saying why should she have to give me options. I then asked for specific brand names and she hang up the phone! Wow. I have used them in the past with no problems so I am shocked. I tried to call back straight after but she let it ring out. Nice way to treat your customers. Treat people how you would like to be treated!
Useless if trying to order online orâŠ
Useless if trying to order online or get through to the pharmacy via telephone or email. Emailed multiple times regarding a placement of an order and tried to get through to the so called online team on numerous occasions but the phone just continually rings out and no one answers.
Even tried to go through to the pharmacy (option 1) on the phone and I was apparently in a queue, once I reached the front of the queue the phone just cut off and line was disconnected.

Collection of Medication
I have been using Dock Pharmacy since they established in Tilbury. I must admit that I have never had any difficulties with collecting my medication. It is always ready for me when I arrive for collection.
I also bought a nail cuticle oil from them which has done wonders for my cuticle following an incident. I have no issues with the Pharmacist and colleagues. Great service.

I placed an order in November and was notified that it had been dispatched a couple of days later so all good but I did expect that there might be a delay in my receiving it due to Royal Mail strikes. I had placed orders with other companies after ordering from Dock Pharmacy, these were dispatched & then received by myself via Royal Mail so I began to be concerned about where my order was, I contacted the pharmacy, received quite curt responses & 13 days from my first contacting them, I still have not received my product or even a refund. DP had provided some tracking details initially & asked me to confirm if I knew the person who had apparently signed for the package, obviously, I didn't & the tracking shows the order is in a completely different city! I have had to chase this issue up many times. I was informed my order would be resent (if I understood it correctly) and I requested it to be sent quickly (more RM strikes ahead) & possibly via a different courier but now Dock Pharmacy is not replying to my messages asking for confirmation that it has been resent & to provide tracking details so it's obvious I will not be getting the product & not even a refund. So, so frustrated & angry. I paid for something, it's not my fault that there are delays & I contacted RM, was on hold for such a long time, only to be told I needed to contact the company directly so I did! Pointless! I get that they need to chase it up but surely the right thing to do is to replace the item & deal with RM themselves? It's very nearly a month since I placed the order.
