Disappointed with service. Did not mention cost of overseas was down to me. Offered refund but they would deduct o areas charges. Will never buy from them again. They can keep my money

I had a very disappointing experience with Dodoskin.
I placed an order and paid with PayPal, but the package never arrived. After contacting customer service, they acknowledged the issue and told me that I would receive a full refund within 3–4 business days.
It has now been over two weeks, and I have still not received any refund.
Because I trusted their confirmation, I did not escalate the PayPal case in time, which has now been closed.
This puts me in a very unfair situation, as I relied on their promise.
At this point, it feels like empty words rather than actual customer support. Promising a refund and then not following through is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this shop.

Serious business!
I got all my products according to the order, in 11 calendar days from the order, to UK.
I reached out to them through their IG to inquire about a gift for my daughter in Canada, and I was able to receive quite attentive and thoughtful responses and advice. They recommended some great products that are not commonly found, and I was also guided on available discounts that I could apply, so I made a purchase, and my daughter is ultimately satisfied with it.
I place an order with them and it been over 2 weeks and its still show that the order still waiting for pick up by the carrier. Terrible customer service, terrible service. I don't recommend purchasing thru them. I still haven't even got my package yet.

I have placed two orders with Dodoskin in Korea.
Like others, I agree their customer service needs to be upgraded. Those that ordered around Black Friday like myself, had to wait and wait but eventually the order arrived. Mine took two weeks to arrive. Free shipping and no extra charges.
The second order was placed in Jan 2026 with free express shipping arrived in a week but with a $20 taxes/duty charge which was a little surprising! The name of the company on the taxes/duty invoice was not Dodoskin and I thought this charge was possibly fraud. Contacted the company looking for information on this unknown company but they didn't get back to me until the day of delivery which didn't do me a lot of good. Fed Ex confirmed they would be remitting the $$ directly to the Canadian Government so that was the reassurance I went with.
As for the products, the first shipment of 3 different products came in a plastic bag which surprised me. I'm surprised something wasn't broken. The second shipment was 2 containers each of 2 products and it came in a box which was crushed. The products were fine.
I love the Mimmua products I ordered. They have made a real difference to my very dry, flaky, and sensitive skin.
Everything went smoothly. The order arrived in 7 days from Korea to the European Union.
I placed an order with DODO Skin (Order #77002) and have been trying to get in touch for several days regarding a simple invoice request.
I’ve sent multiple emails and also attempted to contact the team via Instagram, but unfortunately haven’t received any response so far.
I’m hoping someone from the team can get back to me, as I only need basic order documentation.
Looking forward to a reply and a resolution.

If you value your skin avoid this company like the plague.
I ordered face cream and got… someone else’s skincare adventure. Arrived already opened and used — apparently, I had unknowingly bought into a community experience.
Naturally, I contacted customer service to request a refund or replacement. After multiple emails and follow-ups, their response was….nothing. Silence so complete, I wondered, did Lassie have great-grand pups? And if so, could they sniff out customer service?
Selling used face cream and then vanishing into thin air is not just bad service — it’s unsanitary, unacceptable, and no doubt fraudulent. Avoid like the plague!

I placed my order on December 9 (#77762), and as of today it still has not been shipped. I have sent several emails to customer support, but I have not received any response.
There has been no communication, no updates, and no explanation for the delay. This is very frustrating and unprofessional.
I hope the company will finally respond and either ship my order or provide a clear update.

I’m unsure if it was a coincidence. Shortly after my previous review below, I received an email update from UPS stating that my order was shipped for next day delivery, and I’ve received my order today. I’m still not completely happy about their customer communication method, but I got my order. Packaged well.

I placed an order with expedited shipping in late November. I've received an email stating that Dodoskin has printed the shipping label, and yet they NEVER shipped the order past their promised delivery timeline. And their customer service email NEVER responded to you. If the product is delayed, shouldn't they at least keep the customers in the loop rather than ignoring them completely? There is no shipping delay notice on their website or in the order confirmation email in advance. They even advertised that a live chat option would be available, but there is no live chat anywhere, either on the desktop or on the mobile version. Outdated website information, unreliable shipping policy, and no customer support or follow-up when they're at fault.
I made my order (#72645) on the 3rd of November via the Shop app. I sent an email to the customer service email on the 18th of November asking for an estimation on when it will be shipped. No response. I followed up on that email on the 26th of November. No response. Followed up again on the 4th of December. No response. It is now the 7th of December and I've been getting marketing emails from DODO Skin consistently yet my emails about my order have been ignored. I went on the website and it says there's a live chat however there was no button/link to access the live chat on mobile nor on desktop. Not nice wondering if my £40 order is ever going to arrive or if I've been scammed. Guessing it's a scam.

This was my first time ordering from here, and I picked up a few products and the shipping was way faster than I expected! When I had a question about customs, their reply came super quickly and it was easy to understand. All the items arrived safely and were packed so well. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience and since the site offers a wide range of brands to choose from, I’ll definitely come back here to order Korean skincare.
I ordered on Oct 30 for Order 72139. Its been more than a week and I see no progress on shipping from the shop app. It’s always been sitting at “preparing shipment” status. I emailed the cs support multiple times but no response. I hope the cs should be atleast responsive. I’ve heard someone from Canada ordered and it arrived 4 business days which is fast. I will give it 2 weeks more and update this review.

Poor experience: had to pay £17 customs charge on a £46 order that wasn’t mentioned during order process. Delivery took ages and items packaging arrived all squashed. Not the service I expected, will never buy from dodoskin in the future.
I placed this order on 05 October 2025 #69599 and there is no email or any form of comms whatsoever. So I emailed the support email address and no response. This is well past the holidays so they should have shipped it by now.
Update : I have since been contacted by Dodoskin and they have arranged the shipment which has been received and to make up for missing my shipment before (the reason they gave is that somehow my order was missed when the packages were being shipped) they added dodo reward points to my account. I appreciate that.

I placed my order a week ago and still haven't received any confirmation. Customer support isn't responding. There's no contact information on the website other than email... This is a terrible website - I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PLACING ANY ORDERS FROM THERE. I paid with PayPal and have already contacted customer support to cancel the transaction and refund my money.
Customer support is completely unresponsive. I placed my order over a week ago and there has been no progress at all. I tried reaching out via email and Instagram, but no one has replied. Is anyone going to tell me what happened to my order? How can I reach the customer support? Will I still get what I purchased? Very poor service and disappointing experience. :(
