Oggi ci siamo fermati al bar ristorante di Dolce & Gabbana a Portofino per prendere un caffÚ dopo pranzo. Eravamo già seduti al tavolo e in attesa della cameriera per ordinare.
Prima di consumare, abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di poter utilizzare il bagno, ma ci Ú stato risposto che non era disponibile. Una risposta che ci ha lasciati perplessi, soprattutto considerando il tipo di locale e il contesto.
Un posto così curato ed esclusivo dovrebbe garantire anche i servizi più basilari, a maggior ragione per clienti già seduti al tavolo pronti a ordinare. Un dettaglio che ha rovinato lâesperienza complessiva.

I purchased a purse yesterday. I tried to return I today-less than 24 hours later-untouched and wrapped exactly how I received it. I was refused a refund and instead forced to take a $27k store credit. They state this is their policy, however it is not anywhere to be found in the store nor was it verbally stated to me by the salesman. It was, however in tiny light grey print on the BACK of the receipt as they conveniently pointed out today. Buyer beware! Do not buy at DandG Bal Hatbor!

Absolute Katastrophe. Schuhe fÃŒr 800.- gekauft. Nach 6 Monate wurde das Leder spröde und verfÀrbt. Dolce Gabanns meint das habe ich falsch gereinigt obwohl ich die Schuhe gar nicht gereinigt habe. Ãberhaupt nicht kulant. Nie mehr wieder.

Ho effettuato lâacquisto di una parete in pre ordine, ma diceva che sarebbe stata consegnata entro il 20 febbraio 2026, facendo lâacquisto il giorno in cui lâho fatto io, cioÚ il 16 febbraio. Non Ú la prima volta che succede questo e che se ne vengono con la scusa che la palette può essere spedita anche tre settimane dopo io a tuttâoggi ho i soldi bloccati e la palette non Ú stata spedita.
Non vi consiglio di acquistare da questo sito perché non sono professionali e non sono neanche seri perché secondo quello che hanno scritto loro, io avrei dovuto riceverla oggi invece a quanto pare il mio ordine Ú ancora in elaborazione non si sa quando me lo spediranno quindi ho richiesto il rimborso.
Acquistare da questo sito Ú una fregatura. Questa Ú la seconda volta che mi capita che devo chiedere il rimborso. Pensavo che dopo tre anni fossero migliorati invece no, sempre stessa solfa!
Awful costumer service
I got parfume a year ago. I wanted to return it because it was not what I had in Europe!! I sprayed twice, and nothing. After 5 minutes you couldn't smell it. I sent them email, asking them for sending me another one, while I send them the one I got back, they TOLD ME "YOU OPENED THE BOTTLE, YOU DONT HAVE RIGHTS TO COMPLAIN "!!!!!!!
Today at work, we were talking how much we need to appreciate the customers, because we need to think about 5 more generations, and I gave them as an example for this! NEVER EVER WANNA BUY SOMETHING FROM DG!!!!!!

I bought D&G sliders and returned them due to a smaller size. My return was accepted on the 16th of January 2026 but to this day I haven't received the refund.

Cheap and plasticky tiny.
Returned it and they wouldn't give me my money back, said I asked for store credit, I didn't. Also charged me to return it despite prepaid label.

This is one of the worst online boutiques Iâve ever encountered. Iâve had two problems the latest of which is an order I placed which because they failed to provide the correct information was held at customs, and is now being returned to them. They have refused to refund me until they receive the return although they have had my payment for a month and I have had nothing!
Their customer care and service is terrible and generic with very off hand replies exhorting me to get in touch with customer service if I need help!!!!!
It seems to me this is a problem of their making
Their problem should be sorted out with UPS and NONE OF THIS IS MY FAULT!
I advise caution about ordering online with them - I shall NEVER do do again.

Ich habe 27 ⬠fÌr eine Expresslieferung bezahlt, da es zu Weihnachten da sein sollte. Diese ist aber erst 10 Tage spÀter eingetroffen. Das ist eindeutig keine Expresslieferung, zumal mir eine Lieferung am 25. Dezember zugesagt worden war.
Das ist sehr frustrierend, zumal es sich um ein Weihnachtsgeschenk gehandelt hat. Eine höfliche Bitte um eine RÃŒckerstattung der Expresslieferung (nur die Differenz zur normalen Lieferung) wollte man nicht anbieten. Null Kundenservice, Abwicklung ÃŒber die HP und den Live Chat ÀuÃerst umstÀndlich und am Ende keine Empfehlung. Ein Customer Service muss heute anders funktionieren, vor allem im Luxury Segment und wenn der Fehler beim Versender liegt.

Appalling Customer Service
I bought a D&G Moka Induction coffee pot as a Christmas present for my wife. Unfortunately when she opened it on Christmas Day, it was too small and as there wasn't an option for a larger version in that model, I asked for a refund. Customer Services could not be less interested. Basically, because I had bought it in plenty of time for Christmas, it was outside of the 14 day return policy and therefore not returnable and "...sorry for the inconvenience"! There is no leeway for gifts and once the company has your cash, that's it, not interested. I wish I had gone to to a seller that actually cared for its customers - basically anyone else. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY FROM D&G.

Fabulous experience! I love all of the makeup I purchased and it came housed in a gorgeous gift box. I'm so pleased with the service, fast shipping, and quality of the products.
Avoid!
Purchased a £675 zip through hoodie. Item took almost 2 weeks to arrive which is an unacceptably long time given general timescales nowadays. The hoodie arrived with a large plastic zip tie attached to the zipper on one end and to the internal nape label tag on the other. This resulted in the zip not being able to be opened (meaning I could not try the item on). Expecting people to commit to an almost £700 purchase of a hoodie without allowing them to try it on first is a joke. Returning the item was an even bigger farce. Their returns policy states returns can be made to an authorised boutique. After using the relevant "Return to store" filter of the store finder tool on their website, I contacted the Bond Street store in Central London to be informed they do not accept online order returns. After a back and forth, they eventually advised me to pop in and they "can sort something out". That isn't filling me with confidence for my trip to the store which will cost me £15 in congestion charges! Staff should understand the companies own returns policies and procedures. Alternatively, returning the item online requires 4 proformas to be completed, with them only having supplied me with 2. This means I have to source a printer for the rest. There appears to be a theme of carelessness at Dolce and Gabbana. I have shopped at many luxury brands and have never ever experienced such an awful customer journey. Definitely will not be shopping here again - avoid!

This review is related to D&G makeup only. I ordered an eye kit from the D&G website (I use the products - but purchased from Nordstrom). The eyeliner was received open and dried up. I sent an email to customer service and I am 8 emails in where they have asked for videos and pics - I sent them all. I have never be treated to such inane "customer service."
