First time I have ordered from Dollywears. I purchased a Blanket and Pyjamas with Jessie from Toy story on, the blanket is so so soft and so are the pyjamas, lovely quality, my niece will be very happy x

Love love love there blankets and pjs I get my youngest niece a blanket every birthday Christmas etc as there her favourite and only ones she sleeps with and the pjs wash amazing and such great designs

Beautiful pyjamas bought in August. They have washed amazing. really soft and haven’t bobbled. My daughter loves them.

I ordered for the first time after seeing an ad on social media. I ordered a Winnie the pooh and Grinch dress for my little girl. The delivery was super quick and I am very impressed with the quality. They are beautiful dresses. I will definitely recommend and order again.

Its hard to write this because honestly apart from their clothes always been 2 sizes too small for the age range the clothes are stunning however the customer service is by far the worse i have experienced.

Chased via their email, facebook and contact us page a missing order, was re-sent some of the order and no refund and still not a single bit of communication from the company.

I purchased a Noel dress having had the previous version. It was a size 5/6 but it was smaller than the size 3/4 I have. The material is cheap and substandard unlike the previous version. The order delivered to me on 24th September. I raised a return on the 27th of September, this was not accepted until 29th of Sept. Due to issues with the royal mail label and life I didn't manage to post until the 7th Oct and despite it being a 48hr tracked postage it didn't arrive until the 12th Oct. I received and email that day stating I was out of the 14 days return window as it is 14 days from you receiving the item and I can only receive the item back if I pay return postage. There is no accounting for the company taking 2 days to respond to the return request or that postage took longer than 48hrs. I have since sent a number of emails explaining the situation and that I was within the 14days from the date of the return being authorised. I have disputed having to pay for return postage and my emails have so far been ignored. So as it stands I have paid for a dress that I do not have and customer service are not replying. I am very disappointed at how this is being handled and as a long time Dolly wears buyer I don't feel its the right way to treat customers. As much as I loved some of the products I feel ripped off and now out of pocket and no one has the decency to discuss with me, instead just being ignored.
