Friendly, honest and trustworthy.

I have found them to be really helpful in assisting me to prepare for an interview, giving great insight into the roles offered and the organisations I have applied for.
They also provide great feedback and answer queries quickly

I was supported by Millie at Domus, she took time to get to know my preferences and provided practical advice about increasing my prospects of being shortlisted for roles. The stand out for me was her excellent communication which was regular and consistent. This is invaluable when you are job hunting and I knew where I stood at all times. I recommend Millie she was very good and would work with again

I've used Domus to get a manager for my agency, it was all good until i found out that they actually approach my manager after 3 months so they do not have to rebate you any fee if the manager leaves and could earn a new fee from placing this candidate to the future employer.

So instead of making a one off fee for x years, they are able to make the same fee a few times in a year from the same candidate.

They even have the guts to ask if I want to get my replacement with them at the full costs.

If you do not mind spending money this way, go ahead with them.

Great experience turned into seriously unprofessional experience. Was given a start date for a role, the day before my employment was due to start I was informed the job was no longer available ( by SMS and phone call) , having provided notice to my current employer, this left me without work.

Careful consideration was taken before leaving this review.

Very poor experience. You engage staff through Domus and then they poach the very same people. No ethics. Would not recommend.

I have nothing but praise for Michael White at Domus recruitment he has been consistently supportive of my quest to find the right job, even through the changes in social care with the mandatory vaccines; I have not had the vaccine, but he did not give up he researched tirelessly to find me remote roles and now with the possibility of the mandatory vaccine being lifted I look forward to finding that job role with the support of Michael and the Domus Team, I can not thank you enough!
