I was told that my loan was denied because the pay stubs I uploaded appeared to be fraudulent. The pay stubs came straight from ADP. When asked to speak to an underwriter regarding this I was told they do not have any contact information.

If I could leave 0 stars i would! No one calls you back, they charge 235% interest, they advertise specifically for people in need of help getting out from under title loans, but do NOTHING with title loans, they pull your credit without consent, violate your privacy, and sell your information to abu-dobbie scam callers! All in all, they are worse than any other installment place in Wisconsin!

Awful process…spent a whole day going back and forth with documentation and they kept finding ways to say the documentation wasn’t enough although provided was company number, name, paystubs, etc. asked me for offer letters although I’ve been working there 3+ years and bank history shows it. Then wanted full description from HR on what my duties were. The company stated it takes 30 min but I spent over 5 hours total with them. I ended up just saying no thank you because it was way more stressful than it needed to be. They kept saying underwriter is ready but we need more. I’d rather just loan elsewhere.

Stacey at dollar loan center at the twin falls store is one of the best persons I have dealed with great smile always. Never a dull moment with Stacey. Keep strong stacey.

Every time I come to 🆙Dollar loan the staff works really courteous and kind and professional and anytime I call they’re very helpful and professional and they’re always quick to help me if I need to extend on my loan. I highly recommend if you need money to come to 🆙Dollar loan centre

"Chuck" the misleading owner has bombarded the WI radio stations w ads and opened a store at every corner in WI! Boasts "money in under a hr". "Come try us". I'm now on hr #4 and "pending". Customer service chat stated "Be patient, we're training new staff and busy". Noone knows what they're doing. All new employees.

Then why TF does Chuck broadcast misleading info? Money in a hr. LMFAO

THEY WANTED THE SOCIAL SECURITY TO CHANGE MY NAME BASICALLY
BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY CLAIM ABOUT BEING AUDITED
THE THING IS THAT THE IRS DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE NAME AS LONG AS THE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER MATCHES
THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE MY WIFE LESS THAN ME. EVEN THOUGH MY WIFE'S CREDIT IS BETTER ALL THEY HAVE DONE IS PLAY AROUND

Give them all information they requested, still jump through hoops and they stall just to deny you a loan. If someone isn't approved for a loan, then come out honestly and say it. Don't lie and make excuses to cover it up. They brag in commercials it takes as little as an hour to get money when in reality a LIE!! Asked for a payment when I didn't even sign any papers and had no loan with them!! Went somewhere else and received money immediately with lower interest. Place should be investigated and shut down.

AVOID the Manitowoc, WI business and it's misleading advertising

I have had 2 small loans from the Sheboygan dollar loan center both experiences have been pleasurable. They are fast and super easy to work with. Also I've never been to one of there stores I live up in Crivitz so it was all done online and it was a super easy experience! I'd use them for a loan again!
