Thanks so much for this — we’re genuinely smiling reading it 🐾
Bright, comfy, washable and escape-proof? That’s a full house 🙌 And we’re especially pleased Madonna is feeling as fabulous as she looks — as she should!
A dachshund named Madonna who’s proud of her outfit and living her best material girl life… honestly, iconic. Sounds like when the harness goes on, it’s just like a prayer — everything falls into place 😄

A great fit and easy-on, easy-off is exactly what we’re aiming for — no wrestling matches before walkies 🙌 And that oversized safety clip + Velcro combo? All about keeping things secure and simple.
Appreciate you taking the time to share — it means a lot.

Glad to hear the quality’s hitting the mark, and that we could make the return and exchange nice and easy — ordering the wrong size happens, so it’s great the team could sort it without any faff 🙌
And big thanks for the kind words on the customer service too — we always aim to keep things simple, helpful and hassle-free.

Thanks for taking the time to share this — and we’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve had with sizing. We can completely understand how disappointing it is to end up with two collars that aren’t quite right.

We want to clarify that both the 1-2 and the 3–6 collar does adjust down to 30cm, which is the size needed. To reach this measurement, the adjuster does need to pass over the PU branding patch. This can make that section look a little bulkier, and we completely understand that this may not be visually ideal. However, from a fitting and safety point of view, the collar does reach the required size and can be worn securely.

We really appreciate this feedback and it is something we are looking into for future product development.

That's fine if they have already been tried on and we are happy for you to return the collars, you will just need the original packaging with the collars to be able to do so.

We’re really glad you’re happy with the collar (great choice, by the way!) and that everything from the quality to delivery hit the mark. We put a lot of thought into making sure our gear looks good, lasts well and arrives without any faff — so it’s great to hear that’s exactly what you experienced.

We’re so glad you love the design and quality (that’s exactly what we aim for), but we totally get how frustrating the in-between sizes can be. Every dog’s built a bit differently, and getting that perfect fit matters.
Really pleased to hear the team’s been able to help with your returns — we’ll always do our best to keep things easy and fuss-free. And feedback like this genuinely helps us keep improving.
If you ever fancy another go, we’re always here to help find the best fit.

Five harnesses… your Yorkie’s got quite the wardrobe going on 😎 We’re especially glad to hear the fit’s spot on — tiny pups can be tricky, so “best fitting ever” is high praise!
Bright colours, great fit and no faff is exactly what we’re aiming for, so it’s great to know it’s all working for you.

Wow — thanks so much for the amazing review! We’re over the moon that Watson and Wilson are looking the part in their cord harnesses (and we agree… the embroidered badges are seriously cute).
It’s brilliant to hear the fit, quality and speedy delivery have all hit the mark — and that they’re getting plenty of compliments on their walks! Huge thanks as well for the kind words about our team.
Three harnesses and counting… we love it!

Thanks so much for your feedback — really glad to hear the service hit the mark, but sorry the harness hasn’t felt quite right for your pup. Comfort and fit are a big deal for us (if it’s not comfy, it doesn’t make the cut), so that gap you’ve mentioned at the chest definitely isn’t the experience we want for you or your dog.

We’ve got a few different harness styles that can suit different shapes and sizes, so it might just be a case of finding your dog’s perfect match. If you fancy a chat, give us a call — we’re always happy to help you figure out the best fit.
