Welcome to your most recent mistake. You still have the option to buy elseware, and avoid making it. They owe me $35 from my order placed last December. I’ve called them scores of times , but got no answer. No emails answered either. Go ahead, waste your money. I’m just being a Good Samaritan, trying to steer you away from making an error. Go ahead, by all means. Doowear awaits your money.

A single star is way too much for these jokers. I guarantee that if you even receive your order, you’re not going to be happy. The prices are awful their store is glitchy, customer service is abysmal. The selection is sparse, they have no personality, they’re rude, they never respond and there’s a language Barrier. There are tons of reputable purveyors out there, and all are cheaper, have a better selection, and whose service is friendlier. Literally the worst establishment I have ever ever frequented. Try diver’s supply or Scubacom, do yourself a favor and avoid all things Doowear. Thank me later.

Purchased a hat from this company on 11/5. Received notice that item was sent on 11/10 however item has never been received. Company has been contacted a number of times via email. I’ve been told that it’s been held up in customs and that I have to wait. Have been told the delivery company had it held up and have been told multiple times to just be patient. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and they have refused. This was their latest response on 12/24 “ Hello, the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel our order, now all you need to do is to wait for your order to arrive, I believe our products can satisfy you, thank you for your support and understanding”

They are a China based scam company
