As is well known, moving house is one of the most stressful life events any person can go through and my husband and I were certainly feeling the pressure during the weeks leading up to removals day. Not only were we moving house we were moving cities, adding even more intensity and unknowns!

On the day the Doree Bonner team arrived, we were feeling completely overwhelmed, and felt we still had a huge amount to do.

But, when Mark L, Malachi and Shane talked us through the plan, they put all our concerns to rest, they were quite literally brilliant, and we immediately began to feel we were in the best of hands to make our move go smoothly.

Not only were the guys courteous, respectful and efficient, they also managed to get us laughing! Mark - the lead, is one of the funniest guys, he gets everyone on the team and customers bantering and getting along, much needed in these circumstances! The move lasted 3 days in total, so it was vital we were all able to get along well.

Can’t recommend this company - and particularly this team enough, we will always remember what a difference they made and how they managed to make us laugh through all the moving exhaustion.

Harry and Dan were an absolute delight. On time, quick move in. Franciele was so responsive on the UK end. And Kathleen on the Crown side from New Jersey was just an angel. 10/10.

Job ref 290115 Michael Nathan and Dom made our recent move as easy as it could possibly be. Fast, considerate and helpful and the solution they came up with for getting the piano up the steps into our new house was nothing short of genius. Heartily recommend Doree Bonner for your move, bonus if you get these great lads on the day.

Both the booking team and the packing team have been friendly, professional, helpful and super efficient. And very understanding of me moving country with a young family. Together with competitive pricing, I couldn't have asked for better.

The removal went smooth without any problem. However, our wardrobe door returned broken. Having contacted the company, prompt respond but very slow in action. Put on top of moving hassle, we had to sort out the broken glasses on our own cost for the safety of our kids...Still waiting for our claim being finalised.

Doree Bonner did a great job for us, in particular Adam Pengelly who calculated the volume of our belongings and provided various quotes, Lauren, Toby and Simon who helped us decide to choose Doree Bonner and kept us informed, but mainly, Ant and Brian, our two removal men.
They were exemplary.
Moving is stressful, and a lot of work, but Ant and Brian made it easier for us. They were polite, engaging, and professional, neat and tidy at all times, and extremely hard working. The two of them just about filled (and emptied) the 1800 cubic foot lorry, so much stuff! We even had a few laughs.
So thank you Ant and Brian, and the rest of the Doree Bonnner team.
We’re not moving anytime soon, but we’d happily recommend them to others.

Olly, Joe, Glynn and Elliot did a great job recently moving my Mum. They were professional, super efficient, honest and careful. Moreover, they were polite and accommodating. Would highly recommend this team and the company.

Brian and Paul were the best movers I’ve ever used. Super friendly, happy to help in any way, and made a stressful job fun! The team in the office were terrific as well. Quick turnaround, helpful and reliable.

We have used Bonners for storage and removals a few time now and they are always exceptional. Extremely high standards of customer service, professionalism, efficiency and care. They also apply their experience to work round any logistical removal challenges! Our thanks go to Ronan and Shane for all their hard work. Also particularly to Jimmy and Dave; they have done previous moves for us and we specifically requested them again as they are absolute stars.

We had a great removal team, Phil, Paul and Dom, 'The Geordie Lads'. Very helpful and courteous, nothing was a problem for them. By the time it came to unloading, after a three hour wait, we suddenly had a team of eight or more as no team is finished until they are all finished! Great service.

Big thanks to Doree Bonner’s Phil, Joe and Stevie for providing an excellent service whilst we moved house relocating to Northumberland. The lads were prompt to arrive, courteous, friendly, and handled our furniture and belongings with extreme care and respect. Well done and thank you lads, we would definitely recommend you.

From the moment we talked with the company we had great service. They showed great flexibility as we approached ours house sale, as the date came forward a week and they managed to make things work out brilliantly. The 2 guys who did the move - Sam and Brian S from the High Wycombe depot made early contact with us, were very professional, went to great pains to make sure everything was done as we wanted and completed the move into storage without a hitch. I will be asking for them to do the job as we move from storage into our new house!

We moved from the UK to Australia and we had about 100 sq ft of stuff. Doreebonner were priced so competitively I thought it might not be real or it would come with a lack of service.

I am pleased to say, writing from my home in Melbourne that Doreebonner and their partners in AUS (Grace) have been exceptional throughout.

From picking up our stuff and packing it diligently, to valuable items like art, they had all the right equipment on hand to make sure it would be protected throughout its voyage.

Everything was itemised effectively. I am beyond impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone that is thinking about using them.

David came out at short notice to give us a very reasonably priced quote for our house move. The Geordie Crew (job ref 292730) handled our move on the day and did an absolutely fantastic job. The crew of 3 got us out our house within 2.5 hours, then once we had the keys to the new house they promptly arrived to start unloading, with more people arriving from other jobs to help out and get us in quickly. They also re-assembled the beds which was much appreciated and saved us a massive job. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Cameron and Simon returned our furniture from storage (job ref 290995A) and were brilliant. They were polite, friendly and worked incredibly hard - thank you very much!
