It’s been almost a month now and I’m still struggling with them just to do a simple return. I really know that they’re trying to make me keep this wig. I did find on the website a return address for Hackensack, New Jersey of FedEx this and they better give me my money back. Don’t buy anything from this company.

FedEx! They use FedEx! A professional shipping service! They care enough to contact you directly to ensure that you will get the item. And from the look of the item so far.. l like the item.. they have a human touch and the item came right away.. (within two weeks). Thank you Dorsanee.

I ordered the hair in March and I needed it for a formal party and I didn’t get it til the week of April it took a month for me to get the wig so I been trying to return it but they are giving me the run around they won’t send me the information I will never refer this company to anyone

This wig is soooo bombbb!! i ordered a 24 inch 200% Burmese curly unit and it did not disappoint. The hair is super soft , no tangles or severe shedding. It maintains its texture with no problem after being washed. When it’s wet it eats downnn. The lace is basically invisible, giving scalp to the max !! , My unit came pre-plucked which is a major plus.

I purchased a ready to ship wig. When the wig did not ship per the timeline given, I requested a cancellation. I needed this for an event. This was something that was allowed per their cancellation policy. Everything I asked to cancel, they would refuse and then try to negotiate. After the fourth time I told them it was clear they would not honor their cancellation policy so I was opening a dispute. They still tried to make me keep the order and admitted they keep processing it while I was requesting my cancellation. After the dispute was lodged, and they were notified, they then finally agreed to refund me my purchase if I cancel the dispute. This is a form of fraud btw. If a seller claims they cannot refund you and request a cancellation of a dispute it is a lie. Once you cancel the dispute, they do not have to refund you nor send you the product. Once a dispute is cancelled a new dispute cannot be opened. So you are screwed. I told them this. Up to this day, they started sending me multiple messages via email, text, and WhatsApp and harassing me to cancel the dispute. I never had anything like this happen to me from a vendor. I had to block them on everything but email it was getting so bad. I also sent all the messages to the payment processor to prove they finally agreed to refund me.

So if you ever need to be refunded with a cancellation or a return; you will never get them to agree to this. Your only option will be to file a dispute. If you file a dispute, they will actually harass you to pressure you to cancel.

I love this hair. The texture is amazing. I only regret that I didn’t get a 20 inch I wish it came in the light brown color. The hair is soft. I washed the wig. when I received it. It did not shed it at all. And the curl just bounce back it’s beautiful love it. I will order it again. Hopefully they will have a light brown color like a Ambra color. just I received it on time. They are a honest reputable company.

What really stands out is the consistency; each order arrives just as described, which makes it easy to trust the brand. Overall, this company has earned my loyalty with their reliable quality, great craftsmanship, and wigs that look and feel absolutely flawless.

This was my first time ordering from this company. On their website, the wig I ordered showed fifty nine reviews, all rated five stars, which influenced my purchase. After the wig was delivered, it was immediately clear it did not match the listing.
The wig I received was very thin with uneven short layers and did not resemble the product photos or description. I contacted customer service within their stated return policy and provided photos.
Their response was to explain that lace wigs are naturally shorter in the front and lighter in density, and that some customers trim the hair themselves. They stated the wig was normal and well balanced, and offered either a small partial refund or a discount on a future order. No option for a full refund was provided.
When I requested a full refund for an item not as described, I did not receive further responses or return instructions.
After this experience, and after noticing that all wigs on the site appear to have only five star reviews with no visible complaints, I believe buyers should proceed with caution.

I have had a Great Experience, I ordered the pixie cut wig as well as a 30 in deep wave wig , I ordered them both on the same Day , it took about 9 days total to get here , I couldn’t really “track” my package, so I was a little worried at first , I’ve not installed my 30in yet but I did install the pixie (so cute) The hair didn’t shed and it was NOT a Funny Smell , my lace was Full on both units and Full , I can’t wait to install the 30in I will be back to write a review about that one in specific, once it’s installed

This wig is amazing it's beautiful and soft I got the full lace and I can't say enough about how realistic it is. It did shed more than I thought but it held up I love ❤️ this wig thanks so much💕💕💕🎉🎉

Your order has been picked up by shipping company⁉️This is the response I got from Dorsanee Hair after I asked for shipping information. I purchased a wig on 12/26/25. I contacted on 1/2/26 ONLY to get shipping information, because we have had thefts in my area. Today is 1/6/26 end of day, and I have no product or shipping information. Dorsanee you think we like wasting our hard earned money⁉️You can’t treat your customers like trash and think it won’t affect your bottom line.

Dorsanee, if you did right by your customers, you could have “Customers for life!” It is your job to give us the information we request from you.

You only see money, we see a company that we hope becomes like family.

Ok so the hair finally did arrive and it took about 18 days total from order to delivery. Noted. Now as for the hair, I ordered the pink and gray skunk stripe/ombre. It appeared that I’d gotten what I ordered, it was true to length and looked like the picture. I usually like to wash my wigs before wearing them. Glad I didn’t do that this time around. I wore the wig about a week before deciding it was time for a wash. My wig is blonde now. I expect a little of the color to rinse out during a warm wash sure, but ALL OF IT?? Not to mention when you put heat to it, it burns and changes the color of the hair so you have to keep heat settings below 400 to prevent that.. So $275-$315 for this wig was a little excessive for me. It should’ve have been at least 75-100 dollars
cheaper. That’s my final review for you Dorsanee.. 3 stars.. Do better.
