I want to say how amazing Dowleys have been fixing my partners van so he could continue working nothing was too much trouble and they have gone above and beyond. We will definitely be continuing to use the garage not only for the van but also the car moving forward. 100% recommend.

I recently bought a car from Dowleys using my old car as part exchange. The car I bought is excellent. It was beautifully presented and exactly as advertised. I had reserved it using the Autotrader facility. Having arranged the viewing, I was telephoned by Richard the evening before to detail a small fault that hd emerged during the full service they had given it, asking if I wished to continue (which I did). The experience could not have been smoother and I would definitely use them again

Dowleys run a very professional outfit, and we came away very satisfied with our purchase. As this was our first automatic car, Richard took the time during the test run to explain everything carefully, and the car was well priced too, although our part-exchange price was lower than expected.
Cannot recommend this garage highly enough. Good coffee too!

Purchased Mini Convertible, some issues discovered but these were dealt with quickly, efficiently and to my total satisfaction thanks to all those involved

We had been searching for a car for a while, and all to often with some of the sales reps we encountered seem to be quite false, which had put us off. We did not get this feeling at Dowleys. We spoke with Richard regarding a car they had for sale and our discussion was very relaxed,and given the distance Richard was happy to set up a video call to take us around the car. Following this we decided to view the car in person the next day. On arrival again there was no pressure, Richard set up the test drive being out for about 30mins, which we enjoy and again no pressure. So, we decided to purchase the car and Richard gave us reasonable price for our car in part-exchange. Happy with our purchase we arrived home and several faults came up on the dash, (naturally you could imagine our concern) I immediately took the car to a friend who was a mechanic who found several faults, and with this information I contacted Dowleys. They were very apologetic and gave us the option of a full refund, or sourcing a Jaguar specialist in my area and have the car repaired covering car hire while the car was in repair. As such we took up the repair option as we had established the fault was just a sensor that led to numerous fault codes being generated. In conclusion the car was repaired and the Jaguar specialist said our car was one the best examples of that model they had seen which was reassuring for us. I have to say a big thanks to Richard and Jordan as they gave me constant updates on what they were doing throughout this period, which again was assuring for my wife and I. Without doubt I would purchase from Dowleys as nowhere throughout this period were we made to feel a burden!

I went to Dowleys after a bad run with another dealership. When I entered The Dowleys dealership I was greeted by a friendly face, the receptionist was very helpful and empathetic to my past experience.

During my purchase process it was very seamless and calm. I had exceptional advice throughout the purchase. I was able to view the vehicle in detail and answered all questions I had. I was able to try out my car seats in the vehicle to ensure the size was correct. I was able to test drive the vehicle which was also useful.

The communication throughout the process was excellent, It was an easy and efficient process from start to finish. I felt I was in good hands after a bad experience.

The other members of staff that I have came into contact since my purchase have been very supportive and answered all queries.

Bought a Honda Jazz here the other day and Richard provided us with a meticulous and attentive service, always patiently explaining information about the vehicle. The vehicle itself was well maintained and checked by them before selling it to us. After driving the vehicle for a few days, it feels like it is in good condition.
