I hadn’t moved house for 25 years
I hadn’t moved house for 25 years - things had changed a lot!
Debbie Taylor and her assistant were great at keeping me informed and telling me what I needed to do.
Moving house is very stressful, but Debbie made it bearable.

I had previously used DP Conveyancing to buy a house, so when it came to moving I knew I would be using them again. As this was the first time I was selling a house as well as buying, I had a lot of questions and both Shanine and Angela were happy to answer them. They were great throughout the setbacks and completed on a date per my request. Very happy with them!

Sharon answered all of my questions/emails (and there were a LOT) very quickly and explained things to me that I did not understand. They provide a tracker so that you can see where you are in the process which is really helpful.......I literally could not recommend them more!!!

Fantastic service …
Complete focus on getting our conveyancing competed . Any problems were quickly resolved by Marie and she went the 'extra mile' to ensure our time lines were met. We found Marie was always contactable and while very professional was so easy to talk to

From the beginning, Marie went above and beyond to support me. I have a disability that limits my ability to manage paperwork, and she showed genuine care and understanding every step of the way. Her patience, professionalism, and consistent communication made what could have been a stressful experience into something smooth and manageable.
Marie kept me updated regularly—even during the quiet periods—to reassure me that everything was on track. She explained each step clearly, made sure I was never left wondering what was next, and always checked in to ensure I was comfortable and informed.
It's rare to find someone so dedicated and empathetic in their role, and I truly appreciate everything she did to make the home-buying process accessible and less overwhelming for me.
