Ordered Macadam tarmac through Tesco Market place-they sent me beach pebble stones!!ok so mistakes happen!
Eventually got a reply from Dramco through email-dont ring them as they don't answer.
Re-ordered and guess what i got-yep beach pebble stones but his time they were white!!!!

Do not use them they are rubbish!!!Poor on all aspects of service and customer service!

Purchased an item from Gravahaus which Dramco is the parent company of.

Goods were broken when delivered, as the item is still not showing as delivered im unable to start the returns process.

Gravahaus have zero contact details, I emailed Dramco on Monday and have been ignored.

I purchased the item through Manomano, they are aware of the issue but still nothing.

As this is starting to look like a scam and I have been ripped off, I have no choice but to go to Trading Standards.

I also wish I had seen these reviews !! I also ordered from B&Q and again not expecting a 3rd party to be involved Dramco / Gravahaus one order didn’t turn up and company wouldn’t acknowledge where it was , my second order was completely the wrong item and a cheaper item to what I had paid for .
Spent a week back and forth with B&Q and Dramco who kept saying order delivered and that was it , they then blocked my messages to them . Spoke to B&Q marketplace and have finally got a full refund . Even sent a message to B&Q regarding disgusting company and why do they have them as Verified sellers ! Do Better B&Q and get rid of them !!

To be fair, I am struggling for the words to describe how poor this company is. Ordered through B&Q (shame on you for having these as a verified seller). Delivery date passed, I called B&Q, they raised a query with the seller, who emailed me and said they would check with the courier. Total silence, so I emailed back, no reply. They then blocked me!!!! Fortunately B&Q gave me a full refund.

Ordered through B&Q with next day delivery promised, next day email tracking said an unexpected delay then would be next working day. No delivery and then tracking not updated for any correspondence sent to update or explain where my order was. Had to to go through b&Q who then got me a refund, a week after wanting the item ‘next day’.

Lying company STEER CLEAR!!
They sell through B&Q whom allow them to falsely advertise items that aren’t as advertised.

AVOID
Three times I was told my item was despatched, then it is cancelled,without any explination putting a project behind, and now I have to source another product, why does B&Q have anything to do with this company,

Avoid dramco!! I ordered off Amazon so didn’t check who it was actually coming from. Order arrived, wrong colour. Now the fun begins! Try sending it back. Dramco made up a tracking number from dhl…. They never came to pick it up. Contacted Dramco through Amazon, Amazon contacted them, just getting nowhere 🤷‍♀️ Waiting to see if Amazon will give me a refund. Please just avoid DRAMCO Horrible company to deal with.

Ordered shower tray with waste trap on Friday and said would be a 24 hour delivery but not on a weekend, therefore expected Monday. It arrived on the Tuesday without the waste trap. Apparently they are sent separately and they can't tell me when the trap will arrive. My plumber is booked for Wednesday but I'll have to delay him.
Don’t order from this company if you have any kind of timescale/expectations

BTW pan came in 100 pieces and Dramco refused to replace. Rubbish, Low end and poor excuse of a company. Remember the name and avoid. You have been warned !!!

Customer Service is none existent. Tried to return an item that was not suitable. They will not reply to e-mails and there is no telephone number to call, although I doubt they would answer if there was. Stay well clear of this company. Very surprised B&Q have anything to do with them.

This dodgy outfit trade under quite a few names - one of which is GravaHaus. They have no customer service which wouldn't be an issue if they were not so shockingly awful. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear.

Ordered built in toilet, seemed ok when taken out of the box. When plumber came to fit, he said did i notice a hairline crack at the top of the toilet next to the fixings for the toilet seat. I hadn't, but by then it was too late cost wise to send the plumber away & not have a toilet. I emailed gravahaus via B%Q website form and this resulted in many too and fro emails asking for different photos. Eventually they said that it was over 90 days and couldn't do anything! NO!! if they had looked at the order no; and data, it was only 2 weeks, for which i told them in another email.I asked for a a part refund for the damage but they wormed out of that too.
To add insult to injury I looked at the same item on B&Q and saw the price had gone down from £199.95 to 152.95. Gravahaus and B&Q would not even refund the difference.
I wish i had seen these other reviews on here first. I hope no one else buys from them, they should not be trading

Awful company
I ordered a heated towel rail on the B&Q website, not realising that they use third party sellers!
If I had known then I wouldn't have bothered, what an absolute shower of s***e company they are.
The item never got delivered by DHL(another shower of s***e company)
I would never ever order from them again

Ordered bulky item on-line through B&Q. No option on delivery date was given, and when order was completed, delivery timescale was given as the following day or the day after.

My carpenter was due to fit it 10-days after I’d placed the order, so within 10-minutes of ordering, I contacted them using the link provided - this was shortly after 4pm. At 5:30pm, I received a message telling me that the item was already loaded and it was too late to change. I pointed out that the situation was a result of their failure to act on customer messages, and asked them to treat this as a complaint, escalate and reconsider.

I received an apology from the same contact centre agent, that they were unable to do anything. Very shoddy.

So I had to live with it until the carpenter arrived.

It gets worse though - the item is faulty. It was fitted correctly and to the manufacturer’s instructions. Indeed the faulty part came pre-assembled, so not down to carpenter.

It will have to be de-installed and a replacement re-installed, all of which is chargeable.

Wish me luck!

Ordered item last week and said would be a day or two. Still not arrived a week later and has messed up renovation plans. Don’t order from this company if you have any kind of timescale/expectations of receiving whatever you’ve ordered in a few days

Dramco Ltd also trade under Gravahaus through B and Q warehouse.
Bought a hung toilet and cistern package from them which arrived broke. They refused to take away the broken pan. They have no regard for the Consumer Rights Act 2015, refusing to pay for carriage costs to return the broken goods.
