DRB’s team professionalism is unmatched. ***Back Story*** (short version) We were originally going to work with another company, (started with them before Thanksgiving) but we were being mishandled, provided with incomplete task and poor communication from 1 of 2 reps. so we were advised to contact other companies(shopped around) & we chose DRB Capital because we appreciated the dialogue with Mike(the second week of new year). Once Mike got us filed with the courts(about 2 weeks & knowledge of court date) we started getting harassed and bullied by the prior company rep(who had pushed us off to one of his peers and we hadn’t heard from him prior to Christmas and not until I called after the Christmas holiday to check on status of things which he blamed his peer for not completing tasks that he told us when we spoken prior he had done); first received text asked if we went with another company, then phone calls,
then text and calls, then text stating we have a court date before DRB and we are upping our offer(which was $6000+ more **mind you when working with them we had asked if we could get more but the response was only another $1000 but we would have to redo paperwork so we declined; didn’t want to delay our process**) then another text saying he miscalculated their offer is higher( $4000 more than the last which is $10,000+ more than their original offer) and more text and calls tried bashing and down talking DRB. They were informed numerous times DRB Capital was the firm we selected to move forward with, we still continue to get text and calls. Even their Director text and called. They even reached out to our lawyer that was representing us with our case with DRB Capital( don’t even know how they knew who our lawyer was let alone to get their attorney to communicate with her I’m the first place. Their attorney and their company’s Director even bullied and ambushed our hearing. They were very distasteful and tacky but meanwhile DRB Capital attorney & reps remained professional and classy despite the ignorance and fuckery from the other company. DRB’s team stood steady and firm to accomplish our goal with us and we greatly appreciate them all… Ask for Mike Pitts; you will not regret receiving honesty, attentive communication and pure professionalism!

Michael Pitts made the entire process an easy experience, smooth from start to finish, and impressively fast. Every step felt intuitive and effortless, allowing things to move forward with a few delays and small complications, but we believed in each other. I have used DRB on multiple occasions and would like to say that Michael Pitts was absolutely amazing. Not only is he informative but he is also very customer oriented. He went above and beyond and made me feel good about my dealings with DRB. I would recommend him if you have to do any deals with DRB. He honestly needs a raise for all of his work.

William was on top of the ball no matter what came our way, he took any issue that raised as a challenge to conquer, without him none of this could or would have happened and now I have almost 50k and it’s life changing thank you to all of DBR for their hospitality and love they share throughout their company.

Had a great experience. Was good at communicating and make you feel comfortable during the wait and after .

They owe my daughter 4 months' worth of annuity payments. She has been unsuccessful in retrieving said payments. She has been told the same thing week in and week out,"we will have your payment out by end of week.' DRB has been saying that for months.
Don't trust them, there is nothing unusual about the account they are handling, they purchased the annuity from another company in July 2025, have yet to make a payment, its supposed to be what they do, I have serious doubts that they have the personal in place to get the job done. I would steer clear of them.

My son has not received an annuity payment since July 11, 2025 Sutton Park Capital at that time. DRB is supposed to be the payee at this time.August, September and October are missing so far. It seems no one is cooperating with him

Sam made everything very easy! She has supported me all the way! I really appreciate her and DRB she has really helped me when i was in need of some extra money. I appreciate everything that everyone has done. I couldn’t be more pleased! 10/10! Sam is literally the best!

Brian Cutler made everything so easy a communicate and understand, even with my work schedule be crazy. It was hard to be on the phone, but he was able to email me and message and I was able to get back to him as soon as possible. He was so patient with me and just was an amazing person.

I had this deal fall thru with 3 other companies. DRB worked through the deal to close. They delivered exactly what they promised.

Sam did an amazing job! She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and it really made my experience a great one. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing, and it shows in the way she works. Highly recommend!

Brett was very proffessional and kept me informed on everything that was going on. His communications were also professional.

When it comes to choosing what company to work with it takes a lot of research to know if they are trustworthy or not, especially when you may not want to tell many people around you what you’re doing. After looking at their history and reviews and comparing them to other companies, I chose this one. I worked with Michael Pitts. I would really suggest him to anyone he never made me feel like I had to rush. He wasn’t overbearing. He truly wanted what was best for me. This experience couldn’t have been better. I know it’s cliché, but I really wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Great experience again. Staff was very nice and helpful. Sam helped me through every step of the way and very grateful for her help. Thanks again guys.

Natalie Paek was so kind and helpful. She gave me options that I didn’t know were possible. She guided and kept me in the loop during every step. She answers all my questions and concerns in a timely manner.
